区域协调发展成为国土空间规划编制的重要内容之一,现代交通、信息技术发展加速了城市间各要素流动,由此改变了城市群在传统中心地理论视角下的空间临近等级辐射模式,形成了依托“流空间”发展的网络关联特征。在粤港澳大湾区建设成为国家战略的背景下,环湾区的城市包括广东省阳江市等应充分利用现代交通与信息的“网络关联”,依托要素的快速流动,发挥功能互补的区域协作分工,凸显城市自有的优势资源条件,与大湾区核心城市广州市和深圳市形成跨区域融合发展的直联式“邻里城市”。文章提出的跨区域融合发展策略可作为阳江市新一轮国土空间规划编制的布局框架,进一步转化为中小城市与区域核心城市融合发展的行动指引。
