HER2/neu is over expressed in 20–25% of breast cancers. HER2 cancers are aggressive and associated with poor prognosis. The aim this study was to develop the clinical grade Lu‐177‐trastuzumab its preliminary evaluation for specific tumor targeting positive cancer patients. Trastuzumab conjugated bifunctional chelator, DOTA, characterized integrity number molecules conjugated. Radiolabeling DOTA‐conjugated trastuzumab optimized using Lu‐177. Quality control parameters including radiochemical...

Therefore, in this study we compare using compared combination vein on pump artery bypass graft surgery. This a cross sectional retrospective study. Two groups patients (antegrade combined with...

Primary signet ring cell adenocarcinoma of the breast is a rare neoplasm. Similar to other mucinous neoplasms, it has low FDG avidity and poor prognosis compared with traditional ductal/lobular carcinomas. We present case 40-year-old woman skeletal fluorosis showing higher uptake Ga-prostate-specific membrane antigen in primary lesion metastatic sites F-FDG on PET/CT imaging. Additionally, diffuse increased prostate-specific was noticed entire skeleton, likely due fluorosis.

Breast cancer is a heterogenous disease at the molecular level thus, it can be hypothesized that different subtypes differ in their tumor microenvironment (TME) also. Understanding TME heterogeneity may provide new prognostic biomarkers and targets for therapy. For deciphering TME, immunohistochemistry immune markers (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD68, CD163, programmed death-ligand 1), Cancer-associated fibroblast [anti-fibroblast activating protein α (FAP-α), platelet-derived growth factor receptor...
