Hypertrophic pyloric stenosis is a common cause of gastric outlet obstruction in the new born population. Pyloromyotomy treatment choice following resuscitation, with relatively few complications. Recurrent rare complication only eight cases reported literature. Although difficult to distinguish between an incomplete pyloromyotomy, there have been multiple presented literature recurrent stenosis. Here we report case true hypertrophic treated successfully repeat laparoscopic pyloromyotomy.
