Abstract The application of Li‐metal‐anodes (LMA) can significantly improve the energy density state‐of‐the‐art lithium ion batteries. Lots new electrolyte systems have been developed to form a stable solid interphase (SEI) films, thereby achieving long‐term cycle stability LMA. Unfortunately, common problem faced by these electrolytes is poor oxidation stability, which rarely supports cycling high‐voltage Li‐metal batteries (LMBs). In this work, single‐component solvent...
Abstract A novel electrolyte additive, 3, 3‐trifluoropropylmethyldimethoxysilane (TFPMDS), is first proposed to modify both the cathode and anode of lithium‐ion batteries at same time. Charging/discharging tests demonstrate that with 1 wt% TFPMDS not only greatly improves capacity retention LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O 4 (LNMO)//Li cell (29.6%→90.8%) graphite//Li (68.1%→98.3%), but also successfully ensures long‐term cycle stability LNMO//graphite pouch 4.9 V. Further electrochemical measurements...
High-voltage cathodes provide a promising solution to the energy density limitation of currently commercialized lithium-ion batteries, but they are unstable in electrolytes during charge/discharge process. To address this issue, we propose novel electrolyte additive, pentafluorophenyltriethoxysilane (TPS), which is rich elemental F and contains Si. The effectiveness TPS has been demonstrated by cycling representative high-voltage cathode, LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 (LNMO), 1.0 M LiPF6-diethyl...
ABSTRACT The incidence of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) in non-neutropenic patients is increasing. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical outcomes and risk factors for mortality IPA patients. We conducted a prospective, multicenter from August 2020 February 2024, enrolling 565 with suspected IPA. cohort comprised 195 (non-neutropenic) cases 370 non-IPA cases. Peripheral blood bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) specimens were collected measure pentraxin-3 (PTX3) levels....
Emerging new digital technologies speed up the pace of layout economy in various countries. As main body China’s real economy, manufacturing industry does not account for a high proportion economy. Hence, transformation has become hot topic. From view value chain reconfiguration, we selected B company as case and introduced data from closed loop collection, transmission, storage, processing, feedback into analysis chain. This study deeply studies path reconfiguration context transformation....
Background Human BarH‐like homeobox 2 (Barx2), a homeodomain factor of the Bar family, plays critical role in cell adhesion and cytoskeleton remodeling, has been reported an increasing array tumor types except non‐small lung carcinoma (NSCLC). The purpose current study was to characterize expression Barx2 assess clinical significance NSCLC. Methods Quantitative real‐time polymerase chain reaction, immunohistochemistry western blot analysis were used examine mRNA protein expression,...
This study was designed to develop and validate a predictive model for assessing the risk of thyroid toxicity following treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors.
Background: Clinical studies have suggested nebulized budesonide (NB) as an alternative to systemic corticosteroids for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). However, the optimal dose AECOPD remains unclear. Objectives: To compare efficacy and safety different doses NB in management AECOPD. Patients Methods: A total 321 moderate-to-severe were randomly divided into three groups treated NB. The low group (L) was given 4 mg/day (n=95, 1 mg Q6h),...
The intertemporal stability of research and development (R&D) investment is a key issue in successfully promoting the continuation innovation activities under high uncertainty entrepreneurship. R&D smoothing helps firms to navigate uncertainties external environment maintain their investments innovation. Chief executive officers (CEOs) are most important decision-makers firms' strategic planning. However, overconfident CEOs may overlook importance actions on innovative...
As a biomarker, copeptin is used to measure arginine vasopressin release. Recent studies show that copeptin expected be an ideal inflammatory marker and for diagnosis treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. In community-acquired pneumonia, acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease other infections, blood level significantly increases closely related with severity prognosiy the diseases. Key words: Copeptin; Lower infection; Clinical application
Objective To observed serum malondialdehyde(MDA) and total antioxidative capacity (T-AOC) in patients with CAP to explore their clinical significance. Methods 90 cases of hospitalized (including 54 males 36 females a mean age 54± 20 years) were recruited from the respiratory wards affiliated Hospital Xuzhou Medical College September 2010 2011 30 10 52 ±-11 healthy physical examination our hospital served as control. We collected variables all after they within 24 hours calculated PSI score.The...
Backgrounds: We have recently demonstrated that the bile acid receptor (BAR) was overexpressed in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) lungs. However, potential role of BAR remains unknown. Aims and objectives: This study investigated whether is involved activation lung fibroblasts. Methods: Human fibroblast (HPF) cells were activated by transforming growth factor -β1 (TGF-β1). BAR-specific siRNAs, antagonist Z-Guggulsterone agonist GW4064 used to explore action...
Objective To observe the expression of leptin in bronchial epithelium asthmatic rats after cigarette smoke exposure. Methods The 30 experimental were randomly divided into five groups, namely, normal control group(intraperitoneal injection saline 1 ml), group (exposure smoking gas lasted four weeks with 10 cigarettes per day), model [intraperitoneal ovalbumin/Al(OH)3 mixture ml], group(based on group, exposure examethasone intervention (based treated intraperitoneal dexamethasone 2...
