Hydroxychloroquine has been proposed for HIV treatment; however, little is known about its disposition in the lymphatic system, where replication takes place. Therefore, distribution lymphoid tissues (Peyer's patches and popliteal, submandibular, femoral, splenic, prescapular lymph nodes) was evaluated compared with that blood. Based on our previous research cysticidal drugs, we report the synthesis and evaluation of three new benzimidazole derivatives.
