Abstract In this research work, a series of 16 quinazoline derivatives bearing ibuprofen and an amino acid were designed as inhibitors epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase domain (EGFR‐TKD) cyclooxygenase‐2 (COX‐2) with the intention presenting dual action in their biological behavior.
