Abstract Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) broke out in and spread rapidly around the world. There is still no specific antiviral therapy to current pandemic. In China, historical records show that Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) effective prevention enhancing resistance pandemic with unique insights. To fight COVID-19, National Health Commission of PRC has recommended some TCM guideline, such as HuoxiangZhengqi, LianhuaQingwen ShufengJiedu XueBijing, actually displayed a remarkable...
Scientific publishing lays the foundation of science by disseminating research findings, fostering collaboration, encouraging reproducibility, and ensuring that scientific knowledge is accessible, verifiable, built upon over time. Recently, there has been immense speculation about how many people are using large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT in their academic writing, to what extent this tool might have an effect on global practices. However, we lack a precise measure proportion...
Sirtuin 3 (SIRT3) is a type III histone deacetylase that inhibits cardiac hypertrophy. It mainly localized in the mitochondria and thus implicated mitochondrial metabolism.Recent studies have shown SIRT3 can also accumulate nuclear under stressed conditions, participated deacetylation of target proteins.Poly [ADP-ribose] polymerase 1 (PARP-1) functions as an important PARP isoform was involved hypertrophy. Our experiments showed accumulated cardiomyocytes treated with isoproterenol or...
The zebrafish genome encodes homologs for most of the proteins involved in inflammatory pathways; however, molecular components and activation mechanisms fish inflammasomes are largely unknown. ASC [apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a caspase-recruitment domain (CARD)] is only adaptor formation multiple types inflammasomes. Here, we demonstrate that zASC also inflammasome zebrafish. When overexpressed vitro vivo zebrafish, both pyrin (PYD) form speck filament structures....
The famous Kibble-Zurek mechanism offers us a significant clue to study quantum phase transitions out of equilibrium. Here, we investigate an intriguing phenomenon spin-orbit coupled Bose-Einstein condensate by quenching the Raman coupling strength from high-symmetry (nonmagnetic phase) low-symmetry (magnetic phase). When crossing critical point, fluctuation momentum distribution leads delayed bifurcation structures. Simultaneously, domain information emerges in space. Moreover, universal...
We study the Faraday patterns generated by spin-orbit-coupling induced parametric resonance in a spinor Bose-Einstein condensate with repulsive interaction. The collective elementary excitations of condensate, including density waves and spin waves, are coupled as result Raman-induced spin-orbit coupling quench relative phase two Raman lasers without modulation any system's parameters. observed several higher tongues at integer multiples driving frequency investigated interplay between...
The skyrmion, which is characterized by a topological integer, structure that topologically stable against local disturbances. huge potential of skyrmions for use in magnetic storage systems has drawn considerable research interest among physicists. Recently, optical were discovered to have some excellent properties. However, all these been observed surface plasmons consist evanescent waves. This type skyrmion difficult manipulate and also apply practice. Here we describe several skyrmionic...
We show that both single-component and two-component Bose-Einstein condensates' (BECs) ground states can be simulated by deep convolutional neural networks of the same structure. trained network via inputting coupling strength in dimensionless Gross-Pitaevskii equation (GPE) outputting state wave-function. After training, generates faster than method imaginary time evolution, while relative mean-square-error between predicted original is magnitude $10^{-5}$ $10^{-4}$. compared eigen-energies...
We consider the phase transition dynamics of a trapped Bose-Einstein condensate subject to Raman-type spin-orbit coupling. By tuning coupling strength is taken through second-order into an immiscible phase. observe domain wall defects produced by finite speed quench described Kibble-Zurek mechanism, and quantify power-law behavior for scaling number formation time with speed.
Abstract Competition between superconductivity and disorder plays an essential role in understanding the metal-insulator transition. Based on Bogoliubov-de Gennes framework, we studied 2D s -wave fermionic optical lattice system with both spin- orbit coupling are presented. We find that, increase of strength disorder, mean superconducting order parameter will vanish while energy gap persist, which indicates that undergoes a transition from state to gapped insulating state. This can be...
We present numerical results of a one-dimensional spin–orbit coupled Bose–Einstein condensate expanding in speckle disorder potential by employing the Gross–Pitaevskii equation. Localization properties zero-momentum phase, magnetic phase and stripe are studied. It is found that localizing behavior similar to normal condensate. Moreover, both localization length changes non-monotonically as fitting interval increases. In phases, will experience spin relaxation potential.
We investigate the quench dynamics of a two-dimensional Rashba spin-orbit coupled Bose-Einstein condensate. Our study focuses on quenching system from zero-momentum phase to plane-wave phase. During this quench, topological defects emerge in form vortices. These vortices and anti-vortices exhibit random spatial distribution with equal numbers, mirroring core principles Kosterlitz-Thouless physics. In uniform system, we observe an exponential scaling both vortex production time number rate,...
The purpose of this paper is to further study the soft-wall AdS/QCD model with constrained IR background proposed in [1]. By including a quartic bulk scalar potential we various meson and nucleon spectra. This naturally realizes asymptotical linearity these mass spectra simultaneously, together correct patterns explicit dynamical chiral symmetry breaking. agreement between theoretical calculations experimental data good.
The concept of skyrmions was introduced as early the 1960s by Tony Skyrme. topologically protected configuration embedded in has prompted some investigations into their fundamental properties and versatile applications, sparking interest guiding ongoing development. topological protection associated with initially observed systems interactions. It is widely believed that are stable yet relevant confirmation empirical research remains limited. A pertinent question whether skyrmion...
We theoretically study the stationary entanglement of two charged nanomechanical oscillators coupling via Coulomb interaction in an optomechanical system with additional Kerr medium. show that degree entanglementbetween is suppressed by dueto photon blockade and enhanced strength. also other parameters for adjusting obtaining entanglement, such as driving power frequencies oscillators, robust against temperature. The extremely fascinating behaviors of the quantum walks particles, which differ much from classical counterparts, have attracted many physicists. Here we investigate another interesting part walks, that is waves. Firstly, show plane wave, are largely different counterparts either or particles. Two situations - with and without intermediate time measurements considered. At last, it shown wave can be used to calculate evolution general packets, e.g., Gaussian packet.
Parametrical effect on plasma discharge and beam extraction in the diagnosis neutral (DNB) system for HT-7 tokamak was studied experimentally. Useful results with an improved quality were obtained.
