제주도에서 생산된 로즈마리(Rosmarinus officinalis L.)와 라벤더(Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) 두 종의 허브 에센셜 오일과 하이드로졸 성분을 GC-MS로 분석하였다. 로즈마리 오일에는 <TEX>${\alpha}$</TEX>-pinene (40.96%)의 함량이 가장 높았으며, 라벤더 camphor (34.44%)가 높았다. 하이드로졸에는 verbenone이 (45.31%) 높게 나타났으며, 하이드로졸에서는 (67.04%)로 나타났다. 또한 로즈마리와 하이드로졸의 항산화 효능을 검증해 본 결과, 종류의 오일 모두 DPPH, ABTS 라디칼 소거능과, <TEX>$Fe^{2+}$</TEX> ion 킬레이팅 활성을 나타냈으나, alkyl 소거능은 거의 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구의 목적은 제주도 재래감귤인 팔삭과 이예감 초임계 추출물에 대한 인간 자궁암 세포인 HeLa 세포에서의 성장억제 효능을 탐색하고, 각 추출물에서의 유효 활성 성분을 분석하는데 있다. 및 세포사멸 탐색하기 위해 MTT assay와 Hoechst 33342 염색을 수행하였으며, 성분분석은 가스크로마토그래피 질량분석기(GC/MS)를 이용하였다. 두 종류의 미성숙 감귤 과육, 과피 세포의 성장 억제 비교해 결과, 추출물은 모두 비슷한 나타냈다. 추출물을 처리한 세포에서는 농도 의존적으로 성장률이 억제되었으며, 처리 <TEX>$400{\mu}g/mL$</TEX>에서 추출물이 각각 87.16%와 92.95%의 나타냈으나, 과육 추출물의 세포 효능은 <TEX>$400{\mu}g/mL$</TEX>까지 관찰되지 않았다. 통해 apoptotic body 형성을 현미경으로 관찰한 100, <TEX>$200{\mu}g/mL$</TEX> apoptpotic body를 관찰할 수 없었으나,...

본 연구는 삼채의 조추출물과 유기용매 분획물들을 가지고 DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성에 의한 항산화 활성 검색 결과 디클로로메탄(CHSUB2/SUBClSUB2/SUB) 분획물과 에틸아세테이트(EtOAc) 분획물에서 활성을 나타냈으며, xanthine oxidase 억제 효과는 활성에서 제일 뛰어났던 에틸아세테이트 분획물에서, superoxide 활성은 헥산(n-hexane) 활성이 나타났다. RAW 264.7 세포에 lipopolysaccharide로 자극을 주고 삼채 주정 추출물 및 처리하여 확인해본 결과, 물 분획물을 제외한 나머지 염증 유발 인자(NO, PGESUB2/SUB, iNOS, COX-2, IL-6 IL-1β) 생성억제 효과가 나타났으며, 그중 디클로로메탄 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 실험 효과 인자의 생성 이러한 삼채에서 유효성분 추출을 통한 항산화, 항염증 물질의 연구 또는 예방하거나 치료할 있는 성분의 분리 그 작용기전 연구에 중요한 기초 자료가 될 것이라 생각한다.
