A direct catalytic asymmetric vinylogous Mannich-type reaction has been disclosed in good yield, excellent regio-, diastereo- and enantioselectivity. The key to control the regioselectivity is combination of a bulky N-acylpyrazole bisphosphine ligand. system was extended bisvinylogous by changing synthetic utility products demonstrated several transformations.

Introduction: Within the global framework of carbon emissions constraints, digital economy has become a new strategy for cities to achieve sustainable development. Scholarly literature exploring spatial spillover and mechanisms on is notably scarce. Methods: To estimate impact emissions, this paper conducted analysis with Dubin model panel data 215 in China from 2011 2019. Results: The results show that there growing regional agglomeration economy, whereas evolution displays low liquidity...

By using commercially available 1,4-pentadiene as a pronucleophile, copper(I)-catalyzed regioselective asymmetric allylation of ketones is achieved. A variety chiral tertiary alcohols bearing terminal (Z)-1,3-diene unit are generated in high (Z)/(E) ratio and enantioselectivity. Both aromatic aliphatic serve suitable substrates. Furthermore, the reactions with (E)-C1(alkyl)-1,4-dienes proceed moderate yields acceptable enantioselectivity but low (Z,E)/others ratio, which demonstrates partial...
