1. An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using specific antisera has been developed to quantify individual cytochrome P450 (P450) enzymes (1A1/2, 2B11, 2C21 and 3A12) in dog liver microsomes.2. The contents of CYP1A1/2, 3A12 untreated male microsomes determined by the ELISA were 17, 48, 160 69 pmol/mg protein respectively, corresponding 4, 10, 34 15% total optically respectively. These female showed almost similar amounts relative proportions those observed microsomes.3. oral...

Introduction There is no established methodology for the perioperative management of head and neck cancer surgery free tissue transfer reconstruction (HNS-FTR). A single dose corticosteroid administered immediately before has been shown to reduce postoperative pain nausea/vomiting after some types surgery. However, efficacy this strategy not demonstrated in HNS-FTR, increased risk infectious complications associated with its use cannot be ruled out. This phase III, placebo-controlled,...

Key Clinical Message We present a case of parenchymatous glossitis with unilateral severe inflammation the hyoglossus muscle, resulting in laryngeal edema. The route was unique. Contrast‐enhanced CT useful for diagnosis. Administration sensitive antibiotics led to improvement. Creatine phosphokinase may be an indicator diagnosis and treatment response.

Abstract Background Magnifying endoscopy with narrowband imaging (ME‐NBI) is useful in predicting the invasion depth by examining microvascular status of tumor surfaces. This retrospective study aimed to determine its efficacy pharyngeal cancer. Methods Between April 2016 and March 2018, 59 lesions from 46 patients who underwent transoral resection were retrospectively analyzed. Using ME‐NBI, was classified into B1, B2, or B3, based on classification Japan Esophageal Society. Results A...
