Recently, infrared (IR) light-emitting diodes (LEDs) have attracted considerable interest in the research field worldwide. IR phosphors, basic materials utilized LEDs, become a hotspot as well. Here, we introduce high-quantum-efficiency ScBO3:Cr3+ phosphor, which provides spectral range of emission from 700 to 1000 nm with peak maximum at 800 nm. Electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy, high element selectivity, was used elucidate unusual small photoluminescence spectrum. Phonon...
We aim to conduct a complete study on the unexpected structure evolution behavior in Cr3+-doped phosphors. A series of Ga2–xScxO3:Cr3+ phosphors are successfully synthesized and confirmed through structural studies, while lattice parameters change unexpectedly. The unique partial substitution (∼87%) Sc3+ octahedral site is demonstrated via Rietveld refinement. Therefore, bond valence sum calculation explains reason for this particular concentration. photoluminescent bandwidth...
A near-infrared Ga2O3:Cr3+phosphor and the controlling of phytochrome.
Abstract Light‐emitting diodes break barriers of size and performance for displays. With devices becoming smaller, the materials also need to get smaller. Chromium(III)‐doped oxide phosphors, which emit near‐infrared (NIR) light, have recently been used in small electronic devices. In this work, mesoporous silica nanoparticles were as nanocarriers. The nanophosphor ZnGa 2 O 4 :Cr 3+ ,Sn 4+ formed mesopore after sintering. Good dispersity morphology performed with average diameters 71±7 nm....
Mini-light-emitting diodes (mini-LEDs) are regarded as a promising light source for future high-end electronic products. Phosphors with small size and high efficiency have been reported to achieve this goal. Here, we demonstrate that an easily synthesized Ga2O3:Cr3+-embedded mesoporous silica nanoparticle (GOC@MSN) is outstanding nanophosphor superb internal quantum (91.4%) good thermal stability. Structural studies determined the mesostructure intermolecular transfer of free electrons....
[reaction: see text] TpRuPPh3(CH3CN)2PF6 (3 mol %) was very active in catalytic benzannulation of 1-phenyl-2-ethynylbenzenes dichloroethane (60 degrees C, 36 h) to afford phenanthrene 95% yield. This method is applicable the synthesis various polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons via two- and four-fold benzannulations, including substituted coronene derivatives (53-86% yields) using this catalyst at a moderate loading (10 %).
A major contributing cause to breast cancer related death is metastasis. Moreover, metastasis often shows little symptoms until a large area of the organs occupied by metastatic cells. Breast multimodal imaging attractive since it integrates advantages from several modalities, enabling more accurate detection. Glycoprotein CD44 overexpressed on most cells and primary cell surface receptor for hyaluronan (HA). To facilitate diagnosis, we report an indocyanine green (ICG) HA conjugated iron...
Complementary coordination of two predesigned 2,2':6',2″-terpyridine-based ligands to a ZnII ion led the exclusive formation heteroleptic bis(terpyridine) complex under ambient conditions. This highly self-selective process was facilitated by 9-anthracenyl substituents at 6,6″-positions terpyridine, which not only decelerated rate its homoleptic complex, but also provided π-stacking stabilization in complex. Facile construction metallo-supramolecular poly(3-hexylthiophene)...
Abstract Upon environmental changes, proliferating cells delay cell cycle to prevent further damage accumulation. Yeast Cip1 is a Cdk1 and Cln2-associated protein. However, the function regulation of are still poorly understood. Here we report that expression co-regulated by cell-cycle-mediated factor Mcm1 stress-mediated factors Msn2/4. Overexpression arrests through inhibition Cdk1–G1 cyclin complexes at G1 stage stress-activated protein kinase-dependent T65, T69, T73 phosphorylation may...
A chemical and mechanical pressure-induced photoluminescence tuning method was developed through the structural evolution hydrostatic pressure involving phase transition. series of Ga1.98–xAlxO3:0.02Cr3+ phosphors were synthesized. Structural reveals a crystal change with incorporation Al ions. The luminescent analysis shows broad-to-sharp emission process high internal quantum efficiency value (>90%). high-pressure study from exchange-coupled Cr3+ pairs transition under pressure. Abstract For high‐power white LED applications, YAG :Ce‐based yellow phosphors were embedded in a low‐ T g Bi 2 O 3 –B 5 –ZnO–Sb glass (BiG) by sintering route. A high‐ silicate (SiG) was also used for comparison. Dense (porosity<2%) phosphor‐glass composites obtained after sintered at 800°C (for SiG) and 325°C BiG). XRD quantitative analysis indicates that the loss of phosphor content is range 2.5%‐22%, caused partial dissolution particles into matrix during sintering. The element...
Abstract Background Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common neurodegenerative disorder with clinical presentations of progressive cognitive and memory deterioration. The pathologic hallmarks AD include tau neurofibrillary tangles amyloid plaque depositions in hippocampus associated neocortex. neuronal aggregated observed cells suggests that protein folding problem a major cause AD. J-domain-containing proteins (JDPs) are largest family cochaperones, which play vital role specifying...
Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer-associated deaths among women. Techniques for non-invasive breast detection and imaging are urgently needed. Multimodality attractive since it can integrate advantages from several modalities, enabling more accurate detection. In order to accomplish this, indocyanine green (ICG)-conjugated superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoworm (NW-ICG) has been synthesized as a contrast agent. When evaluated in spontaneous mouse model, NW-ICG gave large tumor...
The formation of an unprecedented 12-membered macrocyclic ketal through the long-range participation a levulinoyl group across glycosidic linkage was observed in glycosylation reactions. This finding indicated that stereodirecting is not limited to groups within glycan ring being activated, thus broadening scope remote glycosylation.
Surface enhanced resonance Raman (SERS) is a powerful optical technique, which can help enhance the sensitivity of spectroscopy aided by noble metal nanoparticles (NPs). However, current SERS‐NPs are often suboptimal, aggregate under physiological conditions with much reduced SERS enhancement. Herein, robust one‐pot method has been developed to synthesize more uniform core diameters 50 nm, applicable both non‐resonant and resonant dyes. The resulting colloidally stable bright, enabling NP...

Telomere homeostasis is controlled by both telomerase machinery and end protection. shortening induces DNA damage sensing kinases ATM/ATR for recruitment. Yet, whether telomere also governs protection poorly understood. Here we discover that yeast controls Rap1 phosphorylated Tel1 Mec1 at serine 731, this regulation stimulated shortening. Compromised phosphorylation hampers the interaction between its interacting partner Rif1, which thereby disturbs As expected, reduction of Rap1-Rif1...
