Mild conditions have been developed to achieve Pd-catalyzed homocoupling of indoles with excellent regioselectivity in the presence Cu(OAc)2·H2O DMSO at room temperature high efficiency. This method provides a simple route 2,3′-biindolyls from electron-rich moderately electron-poor indoles. The reaction tolerates bromide substituent on In addition, one-pot approach C3-position acetoxylated biindolyls is realized via palladium catalysis by use AgOAc under oxygen atmosphere as oxidants.

Mild conditions have been developed to achieve Pd(OAc)2-catalyzed regioselective cross-coupling between indoles and potassium aryltrifluoroarylborates in the presence of Cu(OAc)2 acetic acid at room temperature. A variety aryltrifluoroborates selectively undergo direct arylation across afford 2-aryl moderate good yields.

Abstract: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by progressive cartilage and bone destruction. Activated macrophages that overexpress folic acid (FA) receptors play important role in RA, due to their abundance inflamed synovial membrane joints. In effort deliver drugs the tissues, multifunctional FA receptor-targeting pH-responsive nanocarriers were developed. They composed of lipids, polyethylene glycol (PEG)–poly(lactic- co -glycolic acid) (PLGA) forming a...

Accidents in university laboratories not only create a great threat to students' safety but bring significant negative social impact. This paper investigates the laboratory China using questionnaire and Bayesian network (BN) analysis. Sixteen influencing factors for building net were firstly identified. A was distributed graduate students at 60 universities acquire probability of safe/unsafe conditions sixteen factors, based on which conditional four key (human, equipment material,...

Tetraploid oysters are used to cross with diploids produce triploid that have become an important part of the oyster aquaculture industry worldwide. Although most tetraploid artificially induced autotetraploids, allotetraploids can be produced between closely related species, providing new opportunities for polyploid breeding and studying genome interactions. Using PacBio sequencing, Illumina high-throughput chromosome conformation capture scaffolding, we assembled first high-quality...

A series of polyethylenimines-coated poly(d,l-lactide-co-glycolide)/lipid nanoparticles (PPLs) were fabricated for delivering paclitaxel via a simple nano-precipitation method. Four kinds polyethylenimines (PEIs) (800 Da-, 2000 Da- and 25 kDa-branched PEIs, kDa-linear PEI) selected as polymeric coating the nanoparticles. The PPLs evaluated their cytotoxic effects towards tumor cells. uniform spheres with particle sizes ranging from 135.8 to 535.9 nm zeta potentials between 13.5 45.4 mV....

A one‐pot, three‐component coupling reaction of primary alkyl halides (or tosylates), elemental sulfur/selenium, and P(O)–H compounds in water was developed. This procedure affords valuable phosphorothioates/phosphoroselenoates, including P‐chiral compounds, with broad substrate scope high efficiency. Moreover, this facile protocol can be applied to gram‐scale preparations.

Gleason Score (GS) 3 + 4 prostate cancer (PCa) is heterogeneous in clinical course and molecular features. Risk stratification of indolent aggressive PCa with GS critical, especially those bone metastasis (BM) potential. Selectively targeting the cannabinoid receptor CB2 is an attractive therapeutic strategy for treatment of inflammatory pain without psychiatric side effects mediated by CB1. Herein, we report discovery 4-(1,2,4-oxadiazol-5-yl)azepan-2-one derivatives as a new class agonists. Systematic structure–activity relationship investigations resulted in identification most potent compound 25r. This displayed high selectivity against CB1 (CB2 EC50 = 21.0 nM, Emax 87%, > 30 μM, ratio CB1/CB2 1428) with...

A benzyne-mediated esterification of carboxylic acids and alcohols under mild conditions has been realized, which is made possible via a selective nucleophilic addition acid to benzyne in the presence alcohol. After subsequent transesterification with alcohol, corresponding esters can be produced efficiently. This protocol used on modification Ibuprofen, cholesterol, estradiol, synthesis nandrolone phenylpropionate. In addition, also promote lactonization amidation reaction.
