Despite its widespread use, carbamazepine has significant neurotoxicity and hypersensitivity reactions. We report case patient post-kidney transplant who was on regular childhood epilepsy developed nystagmus, diplopia broad-base gait after receiving diltiazem. Understanding interaction between diltiazem is necessary to prevent neurotoxic effects.
