In this study, the optimal conditions and effects of external factors on tetracycline adsorption by magnetic multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MMWCNTs) were established a response surface methodology for first time. Batch experiments showed that increasing dosage contact time effectively promoted maximum removal 97.93–99.13% was achieved at pH 3–7. The pseudo-second-order model Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy spectra indicated mechanism may be π–π electron interaction cation–π bonding....

Developing green, sustainable, and low-cost adsorbents for removing heavy metals from wastewater while recycling food wastes can avoid secondary environmental damage. In this work, artificial humic acid (A-HA) was prepared through biological fermentation using as raw materials with the goal to remove Pb (II) Cd aqueous solution. The results showed that adsorption by A-HA superior of (II). Electrostatic interaction, surface complexation, ion exchange, π–π interaction played key roles in...

High-quality repair of critical bone defects without exogenous cells remains a major clinical challenge worldwide. Herein, we fabricated nanocomposite hydrogel scaffold (ASA/MSNs/CSH) by incorporating aspirin (ASA)-loaded mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) into genipin-cross-linked chitosan hydrochloride (CSH). The resulting was designed to provide immunomodulatory support during the process regeneration. ASA-loaded MSNs were encapsulated in CSH, forming composite capable sustained drug...

The rapid development of High-Performance Computing (HPC) has driven technological advancements but also brought environmental challenges such as high energy consumption, carbon emissions, and electronic waste. This paper develops three core models to systematically analyze these issues proposes sustainable solutions. Firstly, the analyzes total consumption global HPC centers, dividing it into computing-related non-computing (e.g., cooling systems). In 2024, estimated industry was 205...
