The GOSAFE study evaluates risk factors for failing to achieve good quality of life (QoL) and functional recovery (FR) in older patients undergoing surgery colon rectal cancer.
Neuroendocrine Carcinomas (NECs) prognosis is poor.No standard second-line therapy currently recognized after failure of platinum-based first-line treatment. FOLFIRI and CAPTEM regimens have shown promising activity in preliminary studies. We aimed to evaluate these metastatic NEC patients.
PURPOSE: Cancer clinical trials (CTs) are now more complex than ever before and require dedicated personnel (clinical research coordinators [CRCs]) to perform regulatory administrative activities protocol- patient-related procedures.
