Three new lanostanoid triterpenes, 3β,7β,15β-trihydroxy-11,23-dioxo-lanost-8,16-dien-26-oic acid (1), methyl ester (2), and 3β,15β-dihydroxy-7,11,23-trioxo-lanost-8,16-dien-26-oic (3) were isolated from the EtOAc extract of fruiting bodies Ganoderma tropicum. A new tetracyclic indole alkaloid, 17-O-methyl-3,4,5,6-tetradehydrogeissoschizine, together with seven known ones, were isolated from the aerial part of Uncaria rhynchophylla. Their structures unambiguously elucidated by spectroscopic methods and comparing literature data. Among them, compounds 1, 3, 4 6-8 showed potent to moderate antinematode activities against Panagrellus redivevus at a concentration 250 μg/mL.
