Describe three cases of uveitis reactivation following immunization with recombinant zoster vaccine (RZV).One patient developed previously controlled multifocal choroiditis within one week receiving RZV, requiring treatment systemic corticosteroids. Two patients anterior new segment inflammation after RZV; both were treated topical corticosteroids and antiviral therapy.Uveitis recurrence is an infrequent but serious potential ocular side effect vaccination.
