Reliable serological assays are needed to understand the real impact of COVID-19. In order compare efficiency different COVID-19 vaccines used in National Vaccination Program Tunisia, we have developed a quantitative in-house ELISA. The ELISA is based on ectodomain SARS-CoV-2 Spike Baculovirus recombinant protein. We panel 145 RT-PCR positive serum samples and 116 pre-pandemic as negative panel. validation was carried out by comparison four commercial techniques (Vidas IgG anti-RBD...

Background The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is responsible for serious infections in humans. Even the absence of symptoms, gastrointestinal (GI) signs were commonly reported adults and children. Thus, oral–fecal transmission was suspected as a possible route infection. objective this study to describe RNA shedding nasopharyngeal stool samples obtained from asymptomatic symptomatic children investigate virus viability.
