We carried out a trial to evaluate the complication rate of intravesical (LP) versus extravesical (Lich) ureteroneocystostomy in recipients renal transplantation. Ureteric stenosis was predominant LP technique, which more difficult correct. Complications by Lich technique were urinary leaks, managed successfully prolonged bladder drainage. conclude that is simpler perform and avoids ureteric stenosis, should therefore be procedure choice for implantation transplants.
