Abstract Mosaic chromosomal alterations of the autosomes (aut-mCAs) are large structural somatic mutations which cause clonal hematopoiesis and increase cancer risk. Here, we detected aut-mCAs in 1,011,269 participants across four biobanks. Through integrative analysis minimum critical region inherited genetic variation, found that proto-oncogenes exclusively drive gains, tumor suppressors losses, copy-neutral events can be driven by either. We identified three novel risk loci CHI3L2, HLA...
Inflammation is an essential driver of colorectal cancer (CRC). Identifying phenotypes and targets associated with inflammation may be effective way to treat CRC. R was used analyze interleukin 6 cytokine family signal transducer (IL6ST) expression in The Cancer Genome Atlas Colon Adenocarcinoma database. Immunohistochemistry, western blotting, quantitative PCR were detect IL6ST ferroptosis-related genes our cohort. Receiver operating characteristic curves evaluated the specificity...
Acer miaotaiense P. C. Tsoong is a rare and endangered tree endemic to the Qinling Mountains of China listed as national third-class protected plant. In this study, we sequenced complete mitochondrial genome using Illumina Novaseq 6000 Nanopore platforms. The total length 819,227 bp has 69 genes, including 41 protein-coding, 25 tRNA, 3 rRNA genes. nucleotide composition was asymmetric, with an overall G + C content 45.7%. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that closely related congeneric yangbiense.
