Fourteen new germanium-substituted Bis(propionato-di-n-butyltin) oxide with the formula [(R3GeCHR1CHR2COO)SnBu2]2O: R3=Ph3, N(CH2CH2O)3; R1=H, CH3, Aryl; R2=H, were synthesized and their compositions structures identified by IR, NMR(1H, 119Sn), MS spectroscopy elemental analysis. Abstract Eight novel compounds have been synthesized and they are two series of mixed tri(butyl/cyclohexyl) tin carboxylates: Bu n Cy 3‐ SnO 2 CR ( = 1, 2; R ‐C 3 H 7 , C 6 5 4‐ClC 4 4‐NO ). In addition to the studies their structures with IR, 119 Sn 13 NMR, we tested fungicidal, insecticidal acaricidal activities.
