Gastric cancer (GC) is the world's second-leading cause of cancer-related mortality, continuing to make it a serious healthcare concern. Even though prevalence GC reduces, prognosis for patients remains poor in terms lack reliable biomarkers diagnose early and predict chemosensitivity recurrence. We integrated gene expression patterns gastric cancers from four RNAseq datasets (GSE113255, GSE142000, GSE118897, GSE130823) Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database recognize differentially expressed...

Chemotherapy is associated with male infertility. Cisplatin (cis-diamminedichloro-platinum (II) (CDDP) as a chemotherapy medication used to treat number of cancers has been reported most likely induce testicular toxicity. Administration antioxidants, such pentoxifylline (PTX) may reduce some Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) CDDP. Therefore, this study investigated the potentially protective effects PTX on CDDP-induced toxicity in adult rats. For purpose, 42 rats were randomly divided into 7...

The Hippo signaling system plays a vital role in controlling cell proliferation, apoptosis, and organ size. Disruption of this pathway strongly correlates with the growth progression hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs), including microRNAs (miRNAs) long noncoding (lncRNAs), play crucial regulating have significant impact on different aspects liver tumor development. This paper thoroughly investigates functions ncRNAs pathway, specifically cancer. We examine how certain...

Resistance to trastuzumab has become a limiting factor for therapeutic efficacy of human epidermal growth 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer. Different expression levels miRNAs in cancer cells have been associated with poor prognosis and response chemotherapy. The aim this study was evaluate that were thought be HER2-positive chemoresistance. In study, the relative candidate U6 RNA evaluated trastuzumab-resistant trastuzumab-sensitive using real-time PCR. Our results demonstrated miR-23b-3p,...

Several serious attempts to treat colorectal cancer have been made in recent decades. However, no effective treatment has yet discovered due the complexities of its etiology.we used Weighted Gene Co-expression Network Analysis (WGCNA) identify key modules, hub-genes, and mRNA-miRNA regulatory networks associated with CRC. Next, enrichment analysis modules performed using Cluepedia. quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) was validate expression selected hub-genes CRC tissues.Based on WGCNA...

MicroRNA-98 (miR-98) stands as an important molecule in the intricate landscape of oncology. As a subset microRNAs, these small non-coding RNAs have accompanied new era cancer research, underpinning their significant roles tumorigenesis, metastasis, and therapeutic interventions. This review provides comprehensive insight into biogenesis, molecular properties, physiological undertakings miR-98, highlighting its double-edged role progression-acting both tumor promoter suppressor....

In this study, we aimed to investigate the effect of co-treatment with apigenin and doxorubicin (DOX) on K562 cells. Our results show that (0, 40, 60, 80 ,100 µM) DOX (0-10 as single therapy, could decrease cell viability (after 24 h treatment) in a dose-dependent manner. Additionally, (60, 10 µM led greater reduction growth (CI: 0.92 0.97) after treatment compared (p < 0.05). Consequently, DOX, either or (24 treatment), were indicated induce apoptosis cells through morphological studies,...
