Recognition of multifrequency microwave (MW) electric fields is challenging because the complex interference in practical applications. Rydberg atom-based measurements for MW promising radar and communications. However, atoms are sensitive not only to signal but also noise from atomic collisions environment, meaning that solution governing Lindblad master equation light-atom interactions complicated by inclusion high-order terms. Here, we solve these problems combining with deep learning...

Abstract Background Obese and lean pig breeds show obvious differences in muscle growth; however, the molecular mechanism underlying phenotype variation remains unknown. Prenatal development programs postnatal performance. Here, we describe a genome-wide analysis of prenatal skeletal between Tongcheng (a typical indigenous Chinese breed) Landrace leaner Western pigs. Results We generated transcriptome profiles from pigs at 33, 65 90 days post coitus (dpc), using long serial gene expression...

Pigs from Asia and Europe were independently domesticated c. 9000 years ago. During this period, strong artificial selection has led to dramatic phenotypic changes in domestic pigs. However, the genetic basis underlying these morphological behavioural adaptations is relatively unknown, particularly for indigenous Chinese Here, we performed a genome-wide analysis screen 196 regions with selective sweep signals Tongcheng pigs, which are typical breed. Genes located have been found be involved...

Sheep were one of the earliest domesticated animals. Both artificial and natural selection during domestication has resulted in remarkable changes behavioral, physiological, morphological phenotypes; however, genetic mechanisms underpinning these remain unclear, particularly for indigenous Chinese sheep. In present study, we performed pooled whole-genome resequencing 338 sheep from five breeds representative compared them to wild ancestors domestic (Asian mouflon, Ovis orientalis) detection...

The developing frequency-comb spectral technologies have potential applications and prospects in the wide fields of cosmology, meteorology, microwave measurement. Here, we demonstrate a Rydberg microwave-frequency-comb spectrometer via multiple-microwave field dressing, providing precise spectrum provides real-time absolute-frequency measurement with range 125 MHz gives relative phase single-frequency signal. reported experiment helps sensing an unknown signal over using atoms, which are...

Microwave sensing offers important applications in areas such as data communication and remote sensing. It has thus received much attention from academia, industry, governments. Atomic wireless uses the strong response of large electric dipole moment a Rydberg atom to an external field achieve precise measurement radio frequency (RF) signal. This method advantages over traditional including ultrawide energy level transitions, which makes it responsive RF fields wide bandwidth. Here, we...

Chinese indigenous pig breeds are recognized as an invaluable component of the world's genetic resources and divided traditionally into six types. Twenty-six microsatellite markers recommended by FAO (Food Agriculture Organization) ISAG (International Society Animal Genetics) were employed to analyze diversity 18 with 1001 individuals representing five types, three commercial 184 individuals. The observed heterozygosity, unbiased expected heterozygosity effective number alleles used estimate...

Heterozygosity Wright's F-statistics (FIS, FST, FIT) calculated to determine variation in those populations. The observed heterozygosities range 0.31 (Duroc) 0.66 (Shengxian). FIS value was −0.07 0.48. mean FST showed that approximately 78% within-population 22% across breeds classified into two major groups...
