We compared overall response rate (ORR) (complete responses, partial marrow complete haematological improvements), survival (OS), event-free (EFS), time leukaemic transformation, adverse outcomes between decitabine. To minimize effects treatment selection bias this observational study, adjustments were made using propensity-score matching method....

Abstract Potential synergism between Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor and lenalidomide in treating aggressive B-cell lymphoma has been suggested. Here, the authors report a single-arm phase II clinical trial of combination acalabrutinib, rituximab (R2A) patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) non-Hodgkin (NHL). The primary endpoint this study is objective response rate (ORR), secondary endpoints are complete remission (CR) rate, duration (DoR), progression-free survival (PFS) overall...

ABO incompatibility is not considered a contraindication for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). We hypothesized that recipient-derived isoagglutinin (RDI) levels could play critical role in clinical outcomes. In this study, we compared outcomes such as survival, GVHD, infection, relapse, transfusion, and engraftment, among ABO-compatible patients (ABOc), ABO-incompatible (ABOi) with low RDI, ABOi high RDI. The RDI group was defined recipients more than 1:16 levels. analyzed 103...
