This paper presents the numerical simulation of membrane structure under impact load. Firstly, model is validated by comparing with test in Hao\'s research. Then, effects shape projectile, prestress and initial speed, are investigated for studying dynamic response failure mechanism, based on displacement, projectile acceleration kinetic energy.
