It was shown that the method for obtaining hydrolates from lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) influences content of active compounds and aromatic, antimicrobial antioxidant properties hydrolates. The volatile organic ranged 9.12 to 97.23 mg/100 mL hydrolate. Lavender hydrolate variants showed low activity (from 0% 0.05%). radical scavenging DPPH 3.6 ± 0.5% 3.8 0.6% oxygen absorbance capacity (ORAC(FL)) results were 0 266 μM Trolox equivalent, depending on variant.
