Background Whether deep learning models using clinical data and brain imaging can predict the long-term risk of major adverse cerebro/cardiovascular events (MACE) after acute ischaemic stroke (AIS) at individual level has not yet been studied. Methods A total 8590 patients with AIS admitted within 5 days symptom onset were enrolled. The primary outcome was occurrence MACEs (a composite stroke, myocardial infarction or death) over 12 months. performance (DeepSurv Deep-Survival-Machines...

Soil salinity is a key factor to limiting agricultural products throughout the world, especially in arid and semi-arid areas, since it intervenes with plant morpho-physiology, resulting reduced growth development, as well disruption of ion homeostasis. This work examined effects stress on mono-cropping T. pratense, F. arundinacea, M. sativa CaSO4 MgSO4 mixed-cropping pratense arundinacea under saline conditions. Plants were assessed by dry weights, physiological parameters (photosynthesis...

ABSTRACT Until now few comparisons of nutritional compounds in premature green and mature yellow wheat have been reported. In this study, the contents amino acids, vitamins, mineral compounds, phytosterols, fatty acids as well proximate composition were investigated. Premature had lower protein content (12.0 g/100 g db) higher dietary fiber (19.3 than (13.6 14.3 db for fiber, respectively). Despite a small difference total significantly greater proportion essential acids: 16.1, 39.9, 32.7...

Misoprostol is reported to prevent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)-associated gastroduodenal complications. There is, however, limited information regarding the efficacy of DA-9601 in this context. We performed a comparative study on relative and misoprostol for prevention NSAID-associated In multicenter, double-blinded, active-controlled, stratified randomized, parallel group, non-inferiority trial, 520 patients who were be treated with an NSAID (aceclofenac, 100 mg, twice...

Flavonols are the most abundant of all flavonoids and play pivotal roles in a variety plants. We isolated cDNA clone encoding flavonol synthase from Scutellaria baicalensis (SbFLS). The SbFLS is 1011 bp long, encodes 336 amino acid residues, belongs to family 2-oxoglutarate-dependent dioxygenases. overall structure very similar that Arabidopsis thaliana anthocyanidin (AtANS), with β jelly-roll fold surrounded by tens short long α -helices. was constitutively expressed roots, stems, leaves,...

Anthocyanidin reductase (ANR) and leucoanthocyanidin (LAR) play an important role in the monomeric units biosynthesis of proanthocyanidins (PAs) such as catechin epicatechin several plants. The aim this study was to clone ANR LAR genes involved PAs examine expression these two different organs under growth conditions tartary buckwheat cultivars, Hokkai T8 T10.
