We analyzed reports for 59,073 contacts of 5,706 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) index patients reported in South Korea during January 20-March 27, 2020. 본 연구는 ICF 코드를 활용하여 유아의 발달 특성과 환경적 요인 간의 관계에 기초하여 종합평가를 실시하였다. 사회-의사소통에 핵심적인 공동관심과 상징 사용을 강조한 공동관심 중심의 AAC 모델링 중재를 개발하고 어머니가 직접 실행하였다. 연구 참여자는 최소 발화 자폐성장애유아와 어머니 네 팀이며 중다 간헐 기초선 설계를 적용하였다. 연구결과, 중재는 자폐성장애유아의 사회-의사소통을 향상시켰으며 다른 상황에서 일반화되었으며 중재가 종료된 4주 후에도 유지된 것으로 나타났다. 사회-의사소통 능력을 지원하기 위해 종합적인 관점에서 중재 모델을 제공하고 실행하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
