Nerve growth factor (NGF) is critical in regulating the homeostasis of microglial cells. It activates various signaling pathways that mediate phosphorylation cAMP response element-binding protein (CREB) at key regulatory sites. The decrease phosphorylated CREB (p-CREB) expression linked to neuroinflammatory responses. exact molecular mechanism by which propofol regulates polarization and induces neuroinflammation via NGF/CREB axis remains unclear. This study aims investigate specific...

Thyroid dysfunction may affect the intestinal microbiota through short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) in marine fish. This study investigated effects of triiodothyronine (T3, 20 ng/g) and thyroxine (T4, ng/g), propylthiouracil (PTU, 5000 on growth performance, SCFA profiles, composition little yellow croakers Larimichthys polyactis. The results showed that dietary thyroid-active agent supplementation significantly decreased weight gain, specific ratio. Moreover, T3, T4, PTU induced states...

We propose a new minimum-distance estimator for linear random coefficient models. This integrates the recently advanced sliced Wasserstein distance with nearest neighbor methods, both of which enhance computational efficiency. demonstrate that proposed method is consistent in approximating true distribution. Additionally, our formulation encourages diffusion process-based algorithm, holds independent interest and potential broader applications.

Interspecific hybrid combinations of Larimichthys crocea × polyactis exhibit heterosis in terms growth traits; however, the molecular regulatory mechanism underlying this phenomenon remains unclear. DNA methylation plays a pivotal role regulating gene expression and is involved development processes. In study, we comprehensively investigated intricate processes by integrating transcriptome methylome datasets from brain, liver, muscle tissues. We analyzed total 72 sequence datasets, including...

Question-oriented text retrieval, aka natural language-based has been widely used in software engineering. Earlier work concluded that questions with the same keywords but different interrogatives (such as how, what) should result answers. But what is difference? How to identify right answers a question? In this paper, we propose investigate "answer style" of interrogatives. Towards end, build classifiers repository and re-ranking approach refine search results. The are trained by over...

Background: Global budget (GB) is considered one of the most important payment methods available. Since a new round healthcare system reforms in 2009, Chinese government has been paying attention to this prospective payment. However, it unclear whether GB influenced cost control and how works rural China. Methods: YC county was chosen as intervention group, with 33,175 inpatients before 36,883 after reform (2012 2014, respectively). Abstract Saprolegnia infections cause severe economic losses among freshwater fish farming. In this study, two known compounds, rhein and aloe‐emodin, were isolated from Rheum palmatum , the in vitro inhibitory activity of both compounds against mycelial growth spore germination was tested. Both aloe‐emodin able to decrease all tested concentrations after exposure for 48 h. Complete inhibition observed at 20 mg/L 50 while 100% prevented 16 40 respectively.
