Postoperative pneumonia is the main infectious complication following cardiac surgery and associated with significant increases in morbidity, mortality health care costs. The aim of this study was to identify potential risk factors related occurrence postoperative adult patients undergoing develop a predictive system.Adult who underwent open heart our institution between 2016 2019 were enrolled study. Preoperative intraoperative variables collected analyzed. A multivariate prediction model...
The synthesis of a novel 3,3′‐difluoro‐4,4′‐dihexadecyl‐2,2′‐bithiophene monomer and its copolymerization with thieno[3,2‐ b ]thiophene to afford the fluorinated analogue well‐known poly(2,5‐bis(3‐alkylthiophen‐2‐yl)thieno[3,2‐ ]‐thiophene) (PBTTT) polymer is reported. Fluorination found have significant influence on physical properties polymer, enhancing aggregation in solution increasing melting point by over 100 °C compared nonfluorinated polymer. On basis DFT calculations these...
We report the synthesis of a novel naphthalene diimide (NDI) monomer containing two (tributylstannyl)vinyl groups. The utility this building block is demonstrated by its copolymerization with five different electron-rich comonomers under Stille conditions. resulting high molecular weight polymers show red-shifted optical absorptions in comparison to analogous without vinylene spacer and significant increase intensity low-energy intramolecular charge transfer band. all exhibit ambipolar...
A novel thienoacene-based conjugated oligomer, i.e.BTTT-T-C12, was designed and synthesized. Its highly asymmetric structural feature enables the preparation of two-dimensional single-crystalline thin films in millimetre size ~100 nm thick by a solution processing method directly on Si/SiO(2) substrate. Single crystal organic film transistors exhibit mobility 0.70 cm(2) V(-1) s(-1) an on/off ratio 5.7 × 10(4).
We report the development of a solution‐processed In 2 O 3 /ZnO heterojunction electron transport layer (ETL) and its application in high efficiency organic bulk‐heterojunction (BHJ) inorganic colloidal quantum dot (CQD) solar cells. Study electrical properties this low‐dimensional oxide heterostructure via field‐effect measurements reveals that along heterointerface is enhanced by more than tenfold when compared to individual single‐layer oxides. Use as ETL BHJ photovoltaics found...
