Persulfates activation by carbon nanotubes (CNT) has been evidenced as nonradical systems for oxidation of organic pollutants. Peroxymonosulfate (PMS) and peroxydisulfate (PDS) possess discrepant atomic structures redox potentials, while the nature their distinct behaviors in carbocatalytic not investigated. Herein, we illustrated that roles nitrogen species CNT-based persulfate are intrinsically different. In PMS mediated nitrogen-doped CNT (N-CNT), surface chemical modification (N-doping)...

Carbon-driven advanced oxidation processes are appealing in wastewater purification because of the metal-free feature carbocatalysts. However, regime emerging nonradical pathway is ambiguous intricate carbon structure. To this end, study was dedicated to unveil intrinsic structure-performance relationship peroxydisulfate (PDS) activation by nanotubes (CNTs) toward organics such as phenol (PE) via electron transfer. Eighteen analogical CNTs were synthesized and functionalized with different...

Abnormal lipid droplets (LDs) are known to be intimately bound with the occurrence and development of cancer, allowing LDs critical biomarkers for cancers. Aggregation-induced emission luminogens (AIEgens), efficient reactive oxygen species (ROS) production performance, prime photosensitizers (PSs) photodynamic therapy (PDT) imaging. Therefore, dual-functional fluorescent probes aggregation-induced (AIE) characteristics that enable both simultaneous LD monitoring imaging-guided PDT is...

A copper-catalyzed three-component reaction of methyl ketones, organic azides, and various one-carbon (C1) donors was developed that provides 4-acyl-1,2,3-triazoles in moderate to good yields. While DMF, DMA, TMEDA, or DMSO can serve as the C1 donor, best yields were obtained using DMF. The transformation is proposed proceed via an oxidative C-H/C-H cross-dehydrogenative coupling followed by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition.

The sluggish kinetics of Fe(Ⅱ) recovery in Fenton/Fenton-like reactions significantly limits the oxidation efficiency. In this study, we for first time use boron carbide (BC) as a green and stable promotor to enhance reaction Fe(Ⅲ)/H2O2 degradation diverse organic pollutants. Electron paramagnetic resonance analysis chemical quenching/capturing experiments demonstrate that hydroxyl radicals (•OH) are primary reactive species BC/Fe(Ⅲ)/H2O2 system. situ electrochemical indicates BC remarkably...

Abstract Background Despite extensive investigations on photothermal therapy, the clinical application is restricted due to poor stability, low therapeutic efficacy of therapy agents and its affinity loss in multistep synthesis delivery carriers. To address this, we designed an IR792-MCN@ZIF-8-PD-L1 siRNA (IM@ZP) nanoparticle drug system. IM@ZP was prepared by situ physical adsorption, followed characterization. Photothermal conversion ability assessed irradiation near-infrared (NIR) laser,...
