We present the results of third European Comparison Absolute Gravimeters held in Walferdange, Grand Duchy Luxembourg, November 2011. Twenty-two gravimeters from both metrological and non-metrological institutes are compared. For first time, corrections for laser beam diffraction self-attraction implemented. The gravity observations also corrected geophysical changes that occurred during comparison using a superconducting gravimeter. show these improve degree equivalence between gravimeters....
The validation of compatibility and long-term stability absolute gravimeters is a key component for the realization International Terrestrial Gravity Reference Frame (ITGRF) IAG relevant metrology, in particular kilogram. Because natural reference value gravity acceleration not accessible, international comparisons are well established. realized based on set accurate measurements functional model their processing. After CCM.G-K2.2023 comparison supplemented by additional ICAG-2023...
Long linear constructions, particularly high-speed railway lines, place very high demands on the accuracy of fundamental geodetic controls which they are based. In general, national reference coordinate systems possess deformations (relative inconsistencies) due to historical factors—primarily low measurement methods that were used at time their development. The system S-JTSK in Czech Republic comprises local determined using a modern space geodesy method—the Global Navigation Satellite...
In November 2013 an International Key Comparison, CCM.G-K2, was organized in the Underground Laboratory for Geodynamics Walferdange. The comparison has assembled 25 participants coming from 19 countries and four different continents. divided into two parts: key that included 10 NMIs or DIs, pilot study including all participants. global result given by confirms instruments are absolutely coherent to each other. results obtained confirm a good agreement between NMI instruments.
The CCM.G-K2.2017 comparison was organised for the purpose of determination degree equivalence national standards free-fall acceleration measurement. held in Changping Campus National Institute Metrology China (NIM), from October to November 2017. This is first time that such a organized outside Europe continent and establishes new global sites China. also largest ever with participation 13 instruments. We give list participants who actually performed measurements during comparison, data...
Aitolo-Akarnania prefecture, western Greece, is an area with strong earthquakes and large active fault systems. The most prominent are the Katouna sinistral strike slip Trichonis Lake normal system. Their proximity to cities, lack of detailed information on their seismogenic potential, calls for multiparametric research. Since 2013, area’s crustal deformation has been monitored by a dense GNSS Network (PPGNet), consisting five stations, equipped Leica Septentrio receivers. objective this...
In the framework of regional EURAMET.M.G-K2 comparison absolute gravimeters, 17 gravimeters were compared in November 2015. Four from different NMIs and DIs, they used to link CCM.G.K2 by means linking converter. Combined least-squares adjustments with weighted constraint was determine KCRV. Several pilot solutions are presented official solution demonstrate influences approaches (e.g. definition weights constraint) on results adjustment. case solution, all equivalence declared...
The regional key comparison of absolute gravimeters, EURAMET.M.G-K3 and the simultaneously organized additional comparison, was held in Germany at Geodetic Observatory Wettzell German Federal Agency for Cartography Geodesy spring 2018. Here we present list participants who actually performed measurements during data submitted by operators as well results determination gravity a function height sites. measurement strategy is briefly discussed harmonization documented. Finally, constrained...
During November 2011 a EURAMET key comparison of absolute gravimeters was organized in the Underground Laboratory for Geodynamics Walferdange, Luxemburg. The assembled 22 participants coming from 16 countries and four different continents. divided into two parts: that included six National Metrology Institutes or Designated Institutes, pilot study including all participants. global result given by confirms instruments are absolutely coherent with each other. results obtained confirm good...
"The practical measurement and comparison of GNSS technologies from SOKKIA EMLID receivers is only a demonstration ofhow surveying technology with accuracy few centimetres can be used effectively in conditions the Czech Republic.Czech surveyors use primarily as simple data collection open terrain - it cannot buildings. Metoda Real-Time Kinematic je nejčastěji používaná metoda globálních navigačních družicových systémů (GNSS) pro určování polohy v geodetické praxi. V rámci článku posuzováno chování dvou GNSS aparatur Topcon HiPer+ a Trimble SPS855 při metodou RTK s použitím korekcí poskytovaných sítěmi permanentních stanic CZEPOS TopNet. Konkrétně bylo hodnoceno použití 4 typů ze sítě Chování jednak podle doby potřebné provedení počáteční inicializace průměrování výsledku měření středních chyb vertikální...
Main text The Key Comparison of Absolute Gravimeters, CCM.G-K2.2023, was conducted at the Table Mountain Geophysical Observatory (TMGO) near Boulder, Colorado between 21 August and 29 September, 2023. Dr. David Newell National Institute Standards Technology (NIST), Gaithersburg, Maryland, served as Pilot Laboratory representative, while Derek van Westrum Oceanic Atmospheric Administration Geodetic Survey (NOAA-NGS), Colorado, site host coordinator. comparison organized in accordance with...
Abstract Networked Real-Time Kinematic (NRTK) is the most widely used GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems) positioning technique in surveying practice due to its speed, operability and sufficient accuracy. Positioning using NRTK methods European Terrestrial Reference System ETRS89 obligatory coordinate system tied of reference stations RTK network. Monitoring provides both determination position individual monitoring daily deviations stations. The application four networks Czech...
