Background Sedentary behaviour can be associated with poor mental health, but it remains unclear whether all types of sedentary have equivalent detrimental effects. Aims To model the potential impact on depression replacing passive mentally active behaviours and light moderate-to-vigorous physical activity. An additional aim was to explore these relationships by self-report data clinician diagnoses depression. Method In 1997, 43 863 Swedish adults were initially surveyed their responses...
Abstract Interruptions to time spent sitting can ameliorate detrimental metabolic-health consequences of high volumes sedentary time, but their potential mental health benefits have not been examined. We used the Swedish Health Profile Assessment database, a general assessment offered all employees working for companies or organisations connected occupational and services. Cross-sectional analyses examined data from 40,550 (60% male, mean age = 42 years), collected in 2017–2019. Participants...
Dementia poses a serious threat to the wellbeing of elderly. In context rapidly ageing population Vietnam however, little is known about prevalence symptoms and other related factors. This study aims detect cognitive dementia in elderly as well associated factors.A cross-sectional was conducted over period six communes at Northern, Central Southern region Vietnam. Prevalence outcome interest assessed by Mini Mental State Evaluation (MMSE) questionnaire standardized according age structure A...
Regular exercise has been associated with better mental health, but relationships of cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) health symptoms are less certain. We conducted a large cross-sectional study to examine associations frequency and objectively measured CRF depression anxiety. Data originates from the Swedish Health Profile Assessment (HPA) database, general assessment offered all employees working for companies or organizations connected occupational services. Participants reported (last 30...
Purpose: To describe physical activity habits, sedentary behavior, and cardiorespiratory fitness levels among alcohol abstainers, hazardous non-hazardous drinkers. Design: Cross-sectional study with data collected between 2017-19. Setting: Sweden. Subjects: Adults aged 18-65 years (n = 47,559; 59.4% male). Measures: During a routine health assessment, participants answered validated single-item questions regarding: habitual activity, structured exercise, the percentage of time spent during...
Astaxanthin is one of the most significant secondary metabolites with high price because its antioxidant activity. It can be used in commercial applications, including nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and aquaculture Haematococcus pluvialis contains richest natural source for astaxanthin, so it has gained a lot attention astaxanthin production. suggested that H. produce through two-stage process involves growing biomass under optimal conditions then subjecting this to stress cause...
Background: No specific antiviral drug can effectively treat BKV reactivation after kidney transplantation. Thus, we evaluated stepwise-reduced immunosuppression to reactivation. Methods: 341 kidney-transplant recipients were monitored for infection (BKV-viremia, BKV-viruria). Positive samples with a significant virus load nested PCR-genotyped in the VP1 region. In 97/211 patients presenting viremia ≥104 copies/mL and/or viruria ≥107 copies/mL, or BKV-nephropathy (i.e., mycophenolate mofetil...
Abstract Antidenge activity of the n ‐hexane, ethyl acetate and ‐butanol extracts from leaves Carica papaya against four dengue virus serotypes (DENV1‐4) were evaluated. As a result, ‐hexane extract showed best antiviral on all denge with PNRT 50 15.625 to 31.25 μg/ml. From extract, nine compounds including cycloartenol ( 1 ), cycloart‐23,25‐dien‐3 β ‐ol 2 cycloart‐25‐ene‐3 ,24 ‐diol 3 α 4 25‐hydroxycycloart‐23‐ene‐3‐one 5 ‐sitosterol 6 stigmasterol 7 nonacosan‐1‐ol 8 all‐ trans...

Abstract Streptomyces wuyuanensis A79 was isolated from the soil samples collected in Quynh Luong mangrove forest, Luu district, Nghe An province, Vietnam. This strain demonstrated antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium smegmatis . Compound 1 (indole‐3‐carboxylic acid) culture extract of S. (A79). compound displayed affection ATPase recombinant ClpC1 protein, a regulatory protein tuberculosis In addition, exhibited anti‐inflammatory through inhibition TNF‐α on LPS‐stimulated...
The purpose of this study was to identify the SNP sites and determine BKV genotype circulating in kidney-transplant Vietnamese recipients based on VP1 gene region.344 samples were collected from post-kidney-transplant at 103 Vietnam Military Hospital investigate number infections. Positive with a sufficient virus concentration analyzed by nested PCR region, sequencing detected genotyping single-nucleotide polymorphism.BKV infection determined 214 patients (62.2%), whom 11 (5.1%) diagnosed...
Abstract Nine compounds, including two sesquiterpenes [((+)‐spathulenol ( 1 ), caryophyllenol‐II 2 )], five flavonol glycosides [rutin 3 quercitrin 4 rhamnocitrin 3‐rutinoside 5 oxytroflavoside G 6 curcucomoside D 7 and hydrocarbons [2‐phyten‐1‐yl‐caprylate 8 ) tritriacontan‐1‐ol 9 )] were reported for the first time from leaves twigs of Magnolia coriacea . Their detailed structures confirmed by 1D 2D NMR spectra analyses compared to published data.
Purpose: To evaluate incidence of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury (SA-AKI) in the AKI Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patients and predictive value Neutrophil Gelatinase-Associated Lipocalin ( NGAL) measured at admission mortality SA-AKI non SA-AKI. Patients Methods: A study 101 consecutive adult admitted to diagnosed as which there were 60 with Acute was defined based on Kidney Injury Network (AKIN) criteria. Serum NGAL using BioVendor Human Lipocalin-2/NGAL ELISA blood sample taken...
During the screening for biological active compounds from medicinal plant, a species of Euphorbia hirta L. collected Dan Phuong-Hanoi was utilized its phytochemical study. From n-butanol extract, eight compounds, including nonacosan-1-ol (1); β-sitosterol (2); glucoside (3); quercetin (4); nicotiflorin (5); rutin (6); afzelin (7) and quercitrin (8) have been isolated. Their structures were determined by analysis IR, MS NMR (1D 2D) spectroscopy as well comparison with published data.
