This study deals with one of the major concerns in mycotoxin determinations: matrix effect related to LC-MS/ MS systems electrospray ionization sources. We present here a new environmental measurement method for the rapid extraction and accurate quantification of Cr(VI) in solid samples. A stable isotope dilution liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was developed for the determination of 24,25-dihydroxyvitamin D<sub>3</sub> (24,25(OH)<sub>2</sub>D<sub>3</sub>) and 25-hydroxyvitamin D<sub>3</sub>/D<sub>2</sub> (25(OH)D<sub>3</sub>/D<sub>2</sub>) in human aqueous humor samples.
