Aging biomarkers are the qualitative and quantitative indicators of aging processes human body. Estimation biological age is important for assessing physiological state an organism. The advent machine learning lead to development many predictors commonly referred as "aging clocks" varying in relevance, ease use, cost, actionability, interpretability, applications. Here we present investigate a novel non-invasive class visual photographic aging. We developed simple accurate predictor...

Introduction. The English-language databases PubMed/MEDLINE and Embase are valuable information resources for finding original publications in basic clinical medicine. Currently, there no artificial intelligence systems to evaluate the quality of these publications. Aim. Development testing a system sentiment analysis (i.e. emotional modality) biomedical Materials methods. technique "Big data" was formulated on basis topological theory analysis. Algorithms have been developed that allow...

Postgenomic analysis of the effects active ingredients drugs involves evaluation relevant molecules on transcription genes (transcriptomes), changes in activity proteins (proteomes), and molecular cascades (reactomes). The paper gives results applying current chemoinformational approaches to postgenomic glucosamine sulfate (GS). main result investigation is simultaneously establish synergistic effect GS transcriptomes, proteomes, reactomes. In particular, assists reducing not only involved...

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are among the most effective medications in modern pharmacotherapy. At same time, it has been established that NSAIDs can cause cardiovascular diseases. Glucosamine sulfate (GS) is used therapy of osteoarthritis and, according to experimental data; exert an antithrombotic effect. This paper evaluates effects GS and a number (such as, acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), dexketoprofen, diclofenac, meloxicam) through chemoreactome analysis. It found be on...

Chondroitin sulfate (CS) and glucosamine (GS) are widely used as chondroprotectors. Data mining of 42,051 publications on the effects CS/GS showed that impairments in their metabolism were characteristic ischemic, neurodegenerative diseases, convulsive disorders or conditions, neuropsychological diseases (schizophrenia, affective disorders). The results experimental studies indicate it is expedient to use CS GS therapy ischemic diseases.
