Born cross sections for the processes $e^+e^- \to \omega\eta$ and \omega\pi^{0}$ have been determined center-of-mass energies between 2.00 3.08 GeV with BESIII detector at BEPCII collider. The results obtained in this work are consistent previous measurements but improved precision. Two resonant structures observed. In $e^{+}e^{-} sections, a resonance mass of $(2179 \pm 21 3)\text{MeV}/c^2$ width $(89 28 5)\text{MeV}$ is observed significance 6.1$\sigma$. Its properties $\phi(2170)$....

The response of the water–oil droplet flow to a perturbation resistance added at arms bypassed micro-T-junction is studied through numerical method. capillary number continuous varies between 0.007 and 0.034.
