The Born cross sections of the $e^{+}e^{-}\to\Sigma^{+}\bar{\Sigma}^{-}$ and $e^{+}e^{-}\to\Sigma^{-}\bar{\Sigma}^{+}$ processes are determined with high precision for center-of-mass energy from 2.3864 to 3.0200 GeV BESIII detector. Nonzero near threshold observed. resulting ratio effective form factors $\Sigma^{+}$ $\Sigma^{-}$ is consistent 3, agreeing incoherent sum squared charges valence quarks, but disagreeing various theoretical predictions. In addition, ratios electric magnetic...

Born cross sections for the processes $e^+e^- \to \omega\eta$ and \omega\pi^{0}$ have been determined center-of-mass energies between 2.00 3.08 GeV with BESIII detector at BEPCII collider. The results obtained in this work are consistent previous measurements but improved precision. Two resonant structures observed. In $e^{+}e^{-} sections, a resonance mass of $(2179 \pm 21 3)\text{MeV}/c^2$ width $(89 28 5)\text{MeV}$ is observed significance 6.1$\sigma$. Its properties $\phi(2170)$....

Abstract Gamma-carboxylation, catalyzed by γ-glutamyl carboxylase (GGCX), is a critical post-translational modification essential for the biological activity of vitamin K-dependent proteins (VKDPs). Mutations in GGCX, depending on their specific location, result coagulation factor deficiency type 1 (VKCFD1), which encompasses broad spectrum clinical manifestations ranging from mild to severe, including bleeding disorders, osteoporosis, and vascular calcification. The limited knowledge GGCX’s...

ABSTRACT Objective This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasound‐guided percutaneous septal precision chemical ablation in treatment hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM). Methods From December 2020 July 2024, 27 patients with HOCM without large target branches (diffuse multiple branches, all less than 1 mm diameter) were enrolled underwent ablation. Intraoperative left ventricular outflow tract gradient (LVOTG), postoperative cardiac troponin I (cTnI),...

Disease-modifying therapies (DMTs) that prevent immune cell infiltration into the brain have demonstrated efficacy in multiple sclerosis (MS) treatment. However, their unpredictable adverse effects necessitate development of safer therapeutic alternatives. The choroid plexus (ChP) functions as a crucial barrier against invasion, and previous studies shown preventing across ChP reduces lesion MS animal models. Understanding regulation is therefore essential for identifying novel targets MS....
