The Daya Bay Collaboration reports precise measurements of the ${\ensuremath{\theta}}_{13}$ neutrino mixing angle and predicts $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Delta}}\phantom{\rule{0}{0ex}}{m}_{32}^{2}$ mass difference for both normal inverted hierarchy scenarios.
