Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the correlation between ethical leadership (EL), collaborative culture (CC), knowledge-centered and employees’ behaviors toward knowledge sharing (KS) in Chinese firms. Design/methodology/approach used structural equation modeling examine level how EL, CC impact on tacit explicit KS employees via data collected from 319 participants 51 Findings research findings show mediates relationship EL behaviors. It highlights necessity practicing...
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to discuss and test the direct indirect effects utilitarian, hedonic social values integrated into theory planned behaviour (TPB) achieve a deeper understanding consumers’ intention adopt mobile commerce (MC) in context developing country, Vietnam. Design/methodology/approach Based on self-administered survey data 382 Vietnamese consumers, structural equation modelling approach with latent constructs used hypotheses. Findings Perceived explain consumer...
Customer inspiration is an emerging and promising topic in marketing literature, yet this concept still deserving of more attention from tourism scholars. This pioneer study aims at explaining tourist the drivers moderators perspective. Specifically, place attachment openness to experience are hypothesized as while service value peaceful life social recognition investigated moderators. To test proposed hypotheses, partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) applied a sample...
The antecedents and implications of shopping are relevant to impulsive compulsive buying behaviour, because both tendencies can be harmful an individual’s well-being, ill-being, for society as regards overconsumption sustainability. Most studies investigating either or have used different definitions operationalisations the two constructs. It is unclear whether parts ill-being. This study defines measures tendency (IBT) (CBT) in terms distinctive core features: impulse versus urge addiction....
Previous studies in the context of livestreaming commerce have largely overlooked role distinctive characteristic real-time interactivity fostering cognitive/affective reactions and subsequently impulsive buying. Drawing on stimulus–organism–response paradigm, this study contributes by investigating link between (responsiveness personalization) as stimulus buying response with causal association inspiration (inspired-by inspired-to) delight organism under moderating effect idea shopping...
Purpose This study aims to contribute by forming the concept of luxury hotel brand (four- and five-star hotel) coolness revealing its promoting role customer engagement with satisfaction love as connecting components materialism a contingent factor. Design/methodology/approach A conditional model linking is proposed tested using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique on data set 284 customers. Findings Luxury reflecting various qualities fosters love, which...
Purpose This study explores the direct and indirect effects of two components food-related consideration future consequences (CFCs), including CFC-Immediate CFC-Future, on sustainable food attitudes (SFA) via health environmental concerns. Design/methodology/approach Partial least squares structural equation modeling technique was used a data set 664 Vietnamese consumers collected in Central Vietnam to evaluate measurement models. Findings CFC-Future as well concerns have positive SFA....
ABSTRACT Previous studies have largely ignored the role of green practices as a value cocreation strategy to generate positive experiences for consumers and retrieve their values luxury hotels. By adopting service‐dominant logic engagement theory, this study establishes model focusing on experience, including participation in use, starting point that leads satisfaction emotional attachment ultimately, customer brand with environmental apathy boundary condition. To test hypotheses, partial...
A trade-off may exist between tourism development and ecological footprint in Singapore since this country has been listed as the top-visited while also highest deficit region. This study aims to probe asymmetric effect of on from 1978 2016. By applying nonlinear autoregressive distributed lag approach, outcomes obtained revealed that only positive changes significantly negatively influence long term, short-run impact is symmetric. In addition, empirical results showed an increase economic...
Abstract Drawing on the cognitive appraisal theory, this study contributes by investigating how and why tourist inspiration elicits emotional responses of delight transcendence, which in turn affect intention to revisit a particular destination under moderating effect neuroticism. This uses PLS‐SEM test proposed hypotheses dataset 238 international tourists traveling Vietnam. The results indicate that states inspired‐by inspired‐to have positive effects exert influence revisit. Neuroticism...
Purpose Mobile shopping is the current trend for firms to conduct business, having great advantages over electronic as well traditional shopping. The purpose of this paper discuss not only driving forces mobile behaviors from theory reasoned action (TRA) perspective, but also additional promotion and barrier sides business. Design/methodology/approach A structural equation modeling approach with latent constructs applied on a self-administered survey data 208 Vietnamese consumers test...
Purpose Drawing upon the conservation of resources (COR) theory, this paper investigates moderated mediation model linking benevolent leadership to organizational citizenship behaviors towards organization (OCBO) and individuals (OCBI) in context higher education. The mediating roles leader-member exchange affective commitment as well moderating two attachment styles—attachment anxiety avoidance—are also examined. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from a sample 333 university...
To search for new chemotherapeutic agents to treat colorectal cancer, we isolated a number of natural ent-kaurane diterpenoids from the plant Croton tonkinensis. Among them, only CeKDs with 15-oxo-16-ene moiety induced apoptosis cancer cell lines Caco-2 and LS180. The active CeKD activation ERK JNK, but inactive ones that ERK, not JNK. It thus appears JNK seemed play an important role in apoptotic activity compounds. dualspecificity kinase MKK4 was activated both cells treated CeKD, MKK7...
Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the direct and interaction effects entrepreneurial events (feasibility desirability) perceived risk (opportunity threat) on intention in a transitional economy – Vietnam. testing results show that desirability feasibility have interactive entrepreneur intention. Risk as both threat opportunity has moderating
A new lignan dimer, bilariciresinol (1), was isolated from the leaves of Mallotus philippensis, along with platanoside (2), isovitexin (3), dihydromyricetin (4), bergenin (5), 4-O-galloylbergenin (6), and pachysandiol (7). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic experiments including 1D 2D NMR FTICR-MS.
Tomatidenol, 15α-hydroxytomatidenol, and yamogenin were isolated from the leaves, etioline roots of Solanum spirale.
