An operationally simple, one-pot multicomponent reaction has been developed for the assembly of 9H-benzo[f]imidazo[1,2-d][1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a][1,4]diazepines adorned with three diversification points via an atom-economical transformation incorporating α-diketones, o-azidobenzaldehydes, propargylic amines, and ammonium acetate. This process involves tandem InCl3-catalyzed cyclocondensation intramolecular azide–alkyne 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions; optimization data, substrate scope,...
Seven new oleanane saponins were discovered from Dendrobium officinale . These containing 29-noroleana-12,20(30)-dien-28-oic acid framework, caffeoyl, and coumaroyl moieties potentially inhibited α-glucosidase α-amylase activities.
Background: Sitosterolemia is a rare autosomal recessive disorder characterized by diverse clinical manifestations ranging from asymptomatic cases to the development of xanthomas, hypercholesterolemia, premature atherosclerosis, or even sudden death during childhood. It results homozygous compound heterozygous pathogenic variants in ABCG5 ABCG8 genes. Prompt detection and intervention are essential managing this condition preventing severe outcomes. Methods: This study aims retrospectively...
Background/Objectives: Hypopituitarism is a condition characterized by the deficiency of several hormones produced pituitary gland. Genetic factors play an important role. Variants in POU1F1 gene are associated with combined hormone deficiency-1 (CPHD1), which manifests as deficiencies growth (GH), thyroid-stimulating (TSH), and prolactin (PRL). This study aimed to analyze phenotype, genotype, treatment, outcomes Vietnamese patients deficiency. Methods: Six from five unrelated families,...
Vitamin D-dependent rickets type 1A (VDDR1A) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder caused by mutations in the CYP27B1 gene, leading to deficiency active vitamin D (1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D). This study examines genotypic and phenotypic characteristics of VDDR1A Vietnamese children. A retrospective analysis was conducted on 19 children diagnosed with VDDR1A. Clinical, radiological, biochemical, molecular data were collected. Rickets severity score (RSS), biochemical parameters, height...

Five undescribed acylated oleanane saponins (1–5), together with five known compounds (6–10) were isolated from the leaves of Camellia hakodae. Their chemical structures determined by IR, HR‐ESI‐MS, 1D, and 2D NMR spectra. Compounds 1‐10 significantly inhibited α‐glucosidase IC50 values ranging 2.11 ± 0.18 to 10.42 0.41 µM.

Elastic strain energy under some conditions provides the major contribution to total of a film growing on substrate from condensing vapour. Polycrystalline films grown with intrinsic stress induced by energetic bombardment are expected show orientations which minimize energy. Even for cubic crystal in non-hydrostatic field is function relative orientation and crystallographic axes. The Gibbs free minimized constant temperature at thermal equilibrium. In this paper we derive expressions...
A variety of N-aryl β-nitroenamines were effectively transformed into 3-nitroindoles in good yields and with complete regioselectivity via a rapid microwave (μW) assisted intramolecular arene–alkene coupling reaction. This report further demonstrates the versatility this method by constructing 3-carboalkoxy- 3-cyanoindoles. Optimization data, substrate scope, applications are discussed.

Insulin or insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) promotes the activation of phosphoinositide 3 kinase (PI3K)/Akt signaling in immune cells including dendritic (DCs), most potent professional antigen-presenting for naive T cells. Klotho, an anti-aging protein, participates regulation PI3K/Akt signaling, thus Ca2+-dependent migration is reduced klotho-deficient DCs. The present study explored effects insulin/IGF-1 on DC function through klotho expression. To this end, mouse bone marrow were...
The mosquito Aedes aegypti is a transmission vector for dangerous epidemic diseases in humans. Insecticides have been used as the most general control method world. However, Ae. developed many resistant mechanisms such reduced neuronal sensitivity to insecticides (target-site resistance), enhanced insecticide metabolism (metabolic altered transport, sequestration, and other mechanisms. It has become major problem programs. Transcriptome sequencing bioinformatic analysis were compare...
We describe a new treefrog species from Lao Cai Province, northwestern Vietnam. The is assigned to the genus Zhangixalus based on combination of following morphological characters: (1) dorsum green, smooth; body size medium (SVL 30.1–32.2 in males); (2) fingers webbed; tips digits expanded into large disks, bearing circum-marginal grooves; (3) absence dermal folds along limbs; (4) supracloacal fold and tarsal projection. can be distinguished its congeners by: dorsal surface head green...
A one-pot–three-step method has been developed for the conversion of oxazolino-2H-indazoles into triazolotriazepinoindazolones with three points diversity. Step one this process involves a propargyl bromide-initiated ring opening oxazolino-2H-indazole (available by Davis–Beirut reaction) to give an N1-(propargyl)-N2-(2-bromoethyl)-disubstituted indazolone, which then undergoes −CH2Br → −CH2N3 displacement (step two) followed uncatalyzed intramolecular azide–alkyne 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition...
Developing a compact circularly polarized (CP) antenna with good radiation characteristics for handheld radio frequency identification (RFID) readers is very challenging task. Many CP antennas have been reported in the open literature, but most suffer from critical drawbacks of low gain and/or high back radiation. This paper presents metasurface (MS) based size, gain, and front-to-back ratio characteristics. The size proposed design achieved by using 2 × unit-cell MS, while realization...
Stoichiometric titanium nitride (TiN) films were deposited at less than 130 °C in a new configuration of the helicon activated reactive evaporation system. An situ ellipsometer was used to monitor optical properties during growth. The film stress, lattice parameter, surface roughness, crystallite size, and preferred orientation investigated as function substrate bias hence ion energy incident species. intrinsic stress dependence on shows expected result also shown by variety materials is...
