目的 探讨中药一贯煎对子痫前期大鼠胎盘核转录因子-κB mRNA(NF-κB mRNA)和基质金属蛋白酶-9 mRNA(MMP-9 mRNA)表达的影响。 方法 建立子痫前期Wistar大鼠模型,并灌胃给予中药一贯煎,监测给药前后大鼠血压及24 h尿蛋白变化。PCR法检测孕鼠胎盘NF-κB mRNA及MMP-9 mRNA的表达。 结果 1)NF-κB mRNA:与正常妊娠组相比,模型对照组及一贯煎治疗组均升高,与模型对照组相比,一贯煎治疗组降低,且差异均有显著性(P 结论 一贯煎通过降低子痫前期大鼠胎盘NF-κB mRNA的表达,升高MMP-9 mRNA的表达治疗子痫前期大鼠。
