目的 肯尼迪病是一种少见的、X连锁隐性遗传的下运动神经元神经疾病。肯尼迪病患者在全麻下行减重手术尚无报道。 方法 我们经充分术前评估与准备在全麻下对1例伴有肯尼迪病的肥胖症患者进行了腹腔镜袖状胃切除术。 结果 手术成功进行，未出现围手术期并发症。 结论 由于肯尼迪病患者延髓功能异常和肌肉无力，导致围手术期发生并发症的风险增大，术前应充分评估手术安全性。
