Polyimide foams (PIF) contained carbon black were prepared from polyimide precursors by inflation process. The structure, compressive strength and heat-resistance of the PIF studied. FT-IR results confirmed successful synthesis PIF. T g value with different content was over 255°C.With increasing content, decreased. decomposition temperature ( d 5%) higher than 540°C,while compression about 0.12MPa low black.
