Abstract Hard carbons are promising anode materials for sodium‐ion batteries. To meet practical requirements, searching durable and conductive carbon with a stable interface is of great importance. Here, we prepare series vanadium‐modified hard submicrospheres by using hydrothermal carbonization followed high‐temperature pyrolysis. Significantly, the introduction vanadium can facilitate nucleation uniform growth spheres generate abundant V–O–C bonds, thus optimizing reaction kinetic....

With the fast economic development and accelerating urbanization, more skyscrapers made entirely of concrete glass are being constructed. To keep a comfortable indoor environment, massive energy for air conditioning or heating appliances is consumed. A huge amount heat (>30%) gained released through windows. Using smart windows with capability to modulate light an effective way reduce building consumption. Thermochromic hydrogel one potential window materials due its excellent thermal...

Abstract Photosensitive resins with ultralow viscosity suitable for the silicone‐based elastomers by 3D printing were reported. Based on facile one‐pot strategy which involved photo‐polymerization of hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) and sol–gel transition process methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS), tunable mechanical properties could be obtained adjusting ratio HEA MTMS as needed. Due to physically cross‐linked network formed hydrogen bonds between hydroxyl group polyhydroxypropyl (PHEA) chemically...

Liquid conductor-based flexible sensors with high mechanical deformability and reliable electrical reversibility have aroused great interest in electronic skin, soft robotics, environmental monitoring, other fields. Herein, we develop a novel strategy to fabricate liquid by combining ionic liquid-based magnetofluids (IL-MFs), magnetic printing, photopolymerization techniques. The as-prepared exhibit excellent electromechanical properties, such as wide detection range, low hysteresis, fast...
