Fibroblast activation protein is overexpressed in the stroma of several cancer types. 18F-fibroblast inhibitor (FAPI)–74 a PET tracer with high selectivity for fibroblast and has shown accumulation human tumors clinical studies. However, use 18F-FAPI-74 imaging gastrointestinal not been systematically investigated. Herein, we investigated diagnostic accuracy (18F-LNC1005) PET/CT gastric, liver, pancreatic cancers compared results those 18F-FDG...

Abstract SMARCA4-deficient undifferentiated tumors (SMARCA4-dUT) are rare and aggressive neoplasms commonly found in male smokers portend a poor prognosis. In this case, we reported 18 F-FDG 68 Ga-FAPI-46 PET/CT findings an occult SMARCA4-dUT located the left pulmonary hilum along with mediastinal lymph node metastases. showed superiority over for detecting lesions. This case highlighted that may be promising imaging modality evaluation of SMARCA4-dUT, particularly arising uncommon sites.

SMARCA4-deficient undifferentiated carcinoma is a new clinical entity characterized by SMARCA4 inactivation and has dismal prognosis because of rapid growth. In this case, we reported 18 F-FDG 68 Ga-FAPI-46 PET/CT imaging findings in patient with stomach. showed much higher tumor-to-background contrast primary tumor revealed more metastatic lesions than PET/CT. This case demonstrated the superiority Ga-FAPI over for identifying both carcinoma. observation may add information on benefit FAPI...

Rationale: This study compared 68Ga-FAPI-46 PET/CT, 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) and contrast-enhanced MRI (CE-MRI) for glioma imaging, classification, recurrence detection explored PET parameters molecular pathological profiles. Methods: Between June 2020 2024, we prospectively enrolled patients with space-occupying lesions in the brain or previously treated gliomas. All underwent sequential CE-MRI, 68Ga-FAPI-46, 18F-FDG PET/CT. Diagnostic accuracy was assessed based on a reference...

Background Considering trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (Trop2) is overexpressed in a wide range of human epithelial cancers, it presents an attractive target for the diagnosis and treatment multiple types cancer. Herein, we have developed Trop2-specific radiotracer, 68Ga-MY6349, present prospective, investigator-initiated trial to explore clinical values 68Ga-MY6349 PET/CT. Methods In this translational study, 90 patients with 15 cancer, who underwent PET/CT, were enrolled prospectively....

Increased activity of the NF-κB signaling pathway boosts progression retinopathy in diabetic rats.Using a bioinformatics website, we identified site where miR-874 binds to p65. Therefore, speculated that might improve rats by inhibiting pathway.Ten healthy were taken as control group. Sixty streptozotocin (STZ; 60 mg/kg)-induced diabetes model randomly divided into group (injection normal saline), negative (NC) agomir NC mimic), anti-agomir inhibitor), EVP4593 antagonist EVP4593), and...

Mixed neuroendocrine carcinoma-acinar carcinoma is an uncommon histological type of prostate cancer. It has been rarely reported in de novo malignancies. In this case, we present 68 Ga-PSMA (prostate-specific membrane antigen), Ga-FAPI, and 18 F-FDG PET/CT findings the form mixed large-cell adenocarcinoma prostate. Different levels radiotracer uptake were observed different metastatic sites on Ga-PSMA, PET/CT. This case demonstrates that multitracer strategy may be used for noninvasive...

Abstract Solitary fibrous tumors (SFTs) are fibroblast that occur mainly in the pleura. Hepatic SFT with skeleton metastases was rarely documented. In this case, we report contrast-enhanced CT, 18 F-FDG, and 68 Ga-FAPI-46 PET/CT findings of a rare hepatic bone metastases. showed much higher tumor-to-background contrast revealed more metastatic lesions than F-FDG PET/CT. This case demonstrated superiority over for identifying malignant SFTs. observation may add information on benefit FAPI staging.

Abstract Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is a rare type of vascular tumor that may arise in bone. Here we presented 62-year-old man with suspected bone metastases who underwent PET/CT to detect the primary tumor. He 18 F-FDG and 68 Ga-FAPI under prospective trial NCT04416165. Radiotracer uptake was much higher than most lesions. No intense likely presenting observed. Subsequent biopsy confirmed diagnosis EHE This case suggested might be useful tool for evaluation EHE.

Abstract Benign metastasizing leiomyomas (BMLs) are benign disseminated extrauterine tumors in patients with prior history of uterine and may occur years after hysterectomy. In this case, we presented 18 F-FDG 68 Ga-FAPI PET/CT findings a 37-year-old woman leiomyoma to lung pelvis. The metastatic lesions demonstrated faint but elevated activity, indicating the low level glucose metabolism excessive accumulation activated fibroblasts BMLs.
