Neuroblastoma (NB) is a kind of typical life-threatening extracranial tumor in children. N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification closely related to multiple cancer pathological processes. Insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA binding protein 3 (IGF2BP3) top-ranked prognostic risk gene NB; however, its function uncertain. The expression m6A-associated enzymes patients with NB was analyzed using the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) and Therapeutically Applicable Research Generate Effective Treatments...

Significance Notch is a critical regulator of skeletal development, but its role in remodeling the adult skeleton unclear. Using genetically modified mice, we show that stimulates mineralization by bone-building osteoblasts. Thus, overexpression intracellular domain mice results an increase bone mass, prevents loss following ovariectomy and during aging, promotes fracture healing. therefore potential therapeutic target for conditions loss, including osteoporosis.

Objectives: Neuroblastoma (NB), a pediatric malignancy of the peripheral nervous system, is characterized by epigenetic and transcriptional (EP-TF) anomalies. This study aimed to develop an EP-TF clinical prognostic model for NB using CRISPR-Cas9 knockout screening. Results: An integrative analysis was conducted screening in vitro vivo with public datasets identify 35 genes that exhibited highest expression were highly dependent on cancer viability. After univariate analysis, 27 these...

Hyaluronic acid (HA) and curcumin (CUR) have been previously utilized for osteoarthritis (OA) treatment. CUR-loaded chitosan nanoparticles (CUR@CS NPs) HA CUR@CS NPs were synthesized in our research to ascertain the synergistic impacts of on OA with evaluation their particle size, potential, PDI, encapsulation efficiency, drug loading surface coating as well binding rate. The vitro CUR release curve stability HA-CUR@CS measured. Chondrocytes isolated from cartilages patients, followed by...

Objective: Pain is the main symptom of osteoarthritis (OA). Nerve growth factor (NGF) plays a crucial role in generation OA pain. And estrogen-alone used resulted sustained joint pain reduction postmenopausal women. So we aim to find whether estrogen alters chondrocytes’ NGF level, affecting Methods: Primary chondrocytes and cartilage explants isolated from Sprague Dawley rat knees were cultured with physiological concentrations (17β-Estradiol ≥ 98%, E2), Estrogen Receptor α (ERα) inhibitor...
