A new model of quadrupole composed permanent magnetic material, coils and soft material is proposed for the Brazilian Synchrotron Light Source (Sirius). These quadrupoles must have flexibility about 30% total gradient in order to correct linear effects caused by insertion devices on beam dynamics. This obtained using while magnets are used supply constant gradient.
