Herein, we have investigated the toxicity of SWCNTs and MWCNTs in vitro vivo, assessed their therapeutic effects on a typical animal model breast cancer order to obtain: first, cytotoxicity CNTs MC4L2 cell mice, second impact ablation tumor. especially were toxic organs induced death at high dosages. In this case, some liver cells showed relative shrinkage which was also confirmed by Annexin test cells. Moreover, decreased tumor volume. BCL2 gene down-regulated, BAX Caspase-3 up-regulated...

Abstract Folate-targeted iron oxide nanoparticles (FA@Fe 3 O 4 NPs) were prepared by a one-pot hydrothermal method and then used as cancer theranostic agents combining magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) hyperthermia therapy (MHT). Crystal structure, morphology, properties, surface functional group, heating efficacy of the synthesized characterized XRD, TEM, VSM, FTIR, analyses. The results indicated that crystal magnetite improved treatment. Toxicity NPs was assessed in vitro vivo on mammary...

Curcumin, a lipid-soluble compound extracted from the plant Curcuma Longa, has been found to exert immunomodulatory effects via macrophages. However, most studies focus on low bioavailability issue of curcumin by nano and microparticles, thus role macrophages in anticancer mechanism received little attention so far. We have previously shown potential biocompatibility, biodegradability anti-cancer dendrosomal (DNC). In this study, twenty-seven BALB/c mice were equally divided into control as...

Application of nanoparticles has recently promising results for water insoluble agents like curcumin. In this study, we synthesized polymeric nanoparticle-curcumin (PNPC) and then showed its efficiency, drug loading, stability, safety. Therapeutic effects PNPC were also assessed on two cell lines in an animal model breast cancer. remarkably suppressed mammary hepatocellular carcinoma cells proliferation (<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"...

Biocompatible electrospun fiber comprising bioactive substrates has potential to implant into the wound site as a reliable therapeutic approach in tissue regeneration. Here, polyvinyl alcohol conjugated tyramine (PVA-Tyr) and collagen (Col) fibrous mat containing chitosan nanoparticle loaded with epigallocatechin 3-gallate (NCs-EGCG) developed composite was applied evaluate vivo healing ability of fabricated patch. The synthesized PVA-Tyr Col were crosslinked through peroxidase reaction...

Successful cancer treatment using magnetic hyperthermia therapy (MHT) strongly depends on biocompatible nanoparticles (NPs). They can effectively accumulate in tumor tissues after systemic injection and generate heat the therapeutic temperature range (42-48 °C) by exposure to an AC field (AMF). For this purpose, folic acid-conjugated dextran-coated Zn0.6Mn0.4Fe2O4 (FA-Dex-ZMF) NPs were synthesized as smart nano heaters with self-regulating temperatures for MHT of liver tumors. Animal studies...

In this paper we propose a reinforcement learning (RL) algorithm for packet routing in computer networks with emphasis on different traffic conditions. It is shown that an RL approach, considering the traffic, can result shorter delivery time and less congestion. A simple, but rational simulation of network has also been tested suggested compared other conventional ones. At end, it concluded perform efficiently advantage dynamics real network.

Protein-derived amyloid structures are associated with a wide variety of pathologies, including neurodegenerative diseases and local amyloidoses. Reports exist on the ability insulin to form amyloidoses under specific conditions. In vitro-generated fibrils have been previously shown produce amyloid-containing masses upon repetitive subcutaneous injection in mouse. The present study aimed at investigating effect rats, as well potential turmeric attenuating this process. It was found that...
