Potassium found in chilli pepper works conjunction with folate to lower the risk of developing heart disease human. Because this, its storage and consumption are inevitable. There a lot disadvantages drying it sunlight. These include animal interference, pest infestation dust accumulation. Therefore, this study describes development solar dryer that combines energy Internet Things (IoT) for effective preservation pepper. The developed semiautomated has sensors networked architecture allows...

Chicken eggs present an ideal alternative antibody source to mammals, as the IgY in chicken's blood is transported egg and accumulates yolk large quantities. The existence of IgG like molecule avian eggs, referred IgY, has been well documented recent studies extensive research carried out on its characterization, production purification. yolks laid by immunized chicken have recognized excellent polyclonal antibodies for over a decade. This simple non invasive approach presents appealing...

Erythropoietin has been shown to have a protective effect in certain models of ischaemia-reperfusion, and some cases the protection correlated with activation signalling pathways known play role cell survival proliferation. We studied whether erythropoietin would overcome direct toxic effects hydrogen peroxide (H(2)O(2)) treatment human renal proximal tubular (HK-2) cells.HK-2 cells were incubated H(2)O(2) (2 mm) for 2 h or without at concentrations 100 400 U/ml, viability/proliferation was...

Radiocontrast media (RCM) are widely used in clinical medicine but may lead to radiocontrast-induced nephropathy (RCIN). The pathogenesis of acute renal failure secondary RCM is not fully understood, direct toxic effects believed be a major cause RCIN. We have investigated the effect different types on signaling pathways known play role cell death, survival, and inflammation. HK-2 cells were incubated with sodium diatrizoate iomeprol (IOM) at concentration 75 mg I/ml for 2 h. Both caused an...

The aqueous displayed a significant effect the activity. About 0.14 mg 0.16 M. extracts were able to completely neutralize lethal 2LD50 venoms respectively. present finding suggests that root possesses compounds, which inhibit

Methanolic extracts of Andrographis paniculata and Aristolochia indica plants were tested for antivenom activity against Daboia russelli venom. Both plant effectively neutralized the D. venom induced lethal activity. About 0.15 mg A. 0.14 able to completely neutralize 2LD 50 Various pharmacological activities including edema, haemorrhagic, coagulant, fibrinolytic phospholipase studied these significantly by both extracts. The above observations confirmed that possess potent snake...

The Indian subcontinent, being tropical, harbors a variety of snakes. Every year ~15,000 people reportedly die due to snakebites in India. Until now, horse polyvalent antivenom is the only specific treatment for snake venom poisoning. This paper describes occurrence bite India and their therapeutic measures case envenomation.

Bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) infects cattle and may lead to persistent infection (PI). The PI animals harbor BVDV throughout their life become immune tolerant against BVDV. Thus, diagnosis of this in herd is highly important. Recombinant E2 protein expression (using pET-32a Escherichia coli) was confirmed by SDS-PAGE Western blotting; then purified Ni+ affinity chromatography. Chickens were immunized with BVDV-E2 protein, IgY antibodies extracted from egg yolk PEG-6000. peak titer...

In the present work, chicken (IgY) and rabbit (IgG) antibodies were generated against venoms of Daboia russelii Echis carinatus snakes efficacy was compared with commercial antivenom. Antivenom purified evaluated by ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot. All antivenoms neutralized a challenge dose 3LD50. Each ml IgY, IgG antivenom 0.3, 0.34, 0.6 mg E. venom 0.2, 0.22 0.57 D. respectively. The study suggests as effective in neutralizing injected, implying scope IgY for further screening evaluation.
