RC48 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) specifically targeting HER2. Phase II and III clinical trials have proven its significant anti-tumor effect against locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma (la/mUC). This study aims to further assess the effectiveness safety of for patients with la/mUC provide insights practice. Retrospective analysis 42 who underwent alone in combination PD-1 inhibitors therapy between 18 October 2022 1 May 2024 were conducted RC48. Descriptive statistics...
Evidence of the association metabolic syndrome (MetS) with cancer risk is accumulating. However, uncertainties still exist as to link MetS bladder cancer. This study aimed assess relationship between and urothelial carcinoma (UC) in a Chinese population. We retrospectively analyzed clinicopathological data 972 newly diagnosed UC patients 1098 cancer-free controls matched cases by age gender. Odds ratios (ORs) 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated using unconditional logistic...
Urothelial carcinoma (UC) with testicular metastasis is extremely rare, and its modes of metastasis, prognosis, treatment are unclear. In this report, we present an extraordinarily rare case arising from UC 8 years after surgery. The patient underwent left orchiepididymectomy received immunotherapy postoperatively. After a 6-month follow-up, there were no signs recurrence. Moreover, the clinical characteristics, pattern, plan also summarized based on 14 earlier reported cases metastasis.
To evaluate copy number alterations (CNAs) in genes associated with penile cancer (PeC) and determine their correlation prognostic ability PeC.Whole-exome sequencing was performed for tumor tissue matched normal DNA of 35 patients diagnosed squamous cell carcinoma from 2011 to 2016. Somatic CNAs were detected using the Genome Analysis Toolkit (GATK). Retrospective clinical data collected analyzed. All statistically analyzed SPSS 16.0 software. The cancer-specific survival rates estimated by...
Myofibroblastic cancer-associated fibroblasts (myCAFs) are important components of the tumor microenvironment closely associated with stromal remodeling and immunosuppression. This study aimed to explore myCAFs marker gene biomarkers for clinical diagnosis therapy patients bladder cancer (BC).
Background: Overexpression of SLC16A3 can contribute to the development various tumors by regulating metabolism, but a systematic analysis in bladder cancer (BC) has been rarely reported. Methods: We used BC datasets from public databases investigate expression BC. first analysed relationship between and clinical characteristics 412 patients. After that, gene function analyses immunocorrelation were conducted with R package. For immunotherapy effect drug sensitivity analysis, we also...
Teratomas are unusual tumors derived from multiple germ layers but they usually arise all three layers. Knowledge of this disease is still very limited because its low incidence. Retroperitoneal teratomas extremely rare neoplasms, especially adrenal teratomas, which frequently found to be large, cystic or cyst-solid lesions. Adrenal easily confused with various benign malignant tumors, such as myelolipomas, adenomas, and hamartomas. In case presentation, we report a in an gland mass without...
